Dropped off a tire at 9.30 said it be a hour and half That's fine until you come back at 11 and still haden,t looked at it People who showed up after you being taken care of.Half a hour later get tire after bitching about it and get charged $10 and no receipt you know the money went in his pocket. Won,t be going back there again.

I called around when I was looking for tires and Cadillac Tire had the best deal but after I had them put on they told be a different price. I was told they didn't add taxes when they gave me my quote. Make sure you ask them for out the door price. They might not be the best price.

Do not go them them bartered stealing peoples money . walked in their for a front end aliment and got an inspection instead and tried to clam they had to charge for a inspection 20 dollars gone just like they feels like I got rapped. I will not be going back again.

Was travelling with my family across Michigan when I heard sound from the brakes and found them hot to the touch. Called Cadillac Tire and Steve suggested I have the brakes looked at. Sure enough a couple seized pads were the problem. An hour and a bit later we were back on the road again.

I was an out of towner, caught trying to push my tires a few miles too far. I expected to see their eyes turn to dollar signs (maybe i watch to many cartoons). Instead I got 4 tires at a great price, installed in an hour so i could get back to my vacation. This actually worked to my favor, since they beat the estimates i had from back home.

I price check every year tire prices. Not once has anyone else around here had better prices on tires actually available. Cheerful and very knowledgeable staff. This company also donates to community efforts.
