They were great for getting a transmission to me. When I got it in I noticed a broke bolt in the tail shaft for the mount. When I called, they said I noticed it when they dropped it off and said it was ok. I would not be leaving a bad review if that was so. LIARS. I hate LIARS. So basically they told me to take care of it myself.

Sold me a broken part. Called at about noon. Told them what i would like to purchase. They told me they wouldn't pull the part from their yard until i paid upfront. So after work i get there at 4pm (they close at 5) and they tell me they will pull it tomorrow (i paid then). Show up same time the next day and get the part (window regulator). In and out quick. Didnt notice the missing 12" or so of plastic tubing for protecting the track until i pulled my broken one to compare..their part had such a clean break it was hard to notice. But i sure as hell know the employee who pulled it knew he broke itand i had already bought it soooo my loss i guess?? I will buy new before "saving" 30$ with these guys again

I ordered an engine in the morning and drove up from Lansing to get it that afternoon. The crew loaded it into my trailer, which is more than what some of the salvage yards in my hometown will do. Good experience.

I've recommended them to a couple friends in the area and would gladly drive a few hours to get something good again. :)

The problem is with Northpointe motors, Not Gene's Auto Parts. They haven't sold us this vehicle. If you have the title and can bring it to us, we would be happy to pick it up. We cannot transport a car without a title. Thank you.
