I had an appointment for 2:30 and even got there about five minutes early. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait about two hours for it to be my turn even though I had an appointment. I then left and was told I would be called when it was done. Three hours later my car was finally finished.

I took my car to get my new muffler on, which I was told usually takes around an hour and they got it done in 20 minutes. I wad in and out in no time and the em0loyees there are good people.

Had water pump replaced in my car, they realized my thermostat was bad as well, while changing the water pump and having everything pulled apart they took care of the thermostat, instead of letting it fail and getting me to spend more, if i cant D.I.Y. it myself, then i call this shop!

i took my car to fast lube and was told by the guys there that my oil pan gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. They urged me to take it across the parking lot to the Goodyear place to have it repaired. However Goodyear's price was $30 higher than Sherwood Tire across the street so i took it to Sherwood. The folks at Sherwood informed me that there was nothing wrong with my oil pan gasket and they couldn't find an oil leak anywhere. They did find that the oil filter was loose. So you can gather whatever you want from that situation. It cost me $40 at Sherwood to find out that the guys at fast lube lied to me to try to get me to spend unnecessary money at Goodyear to fix something that wasn't broke.. Well worth the $40 to know i can trust the people at Sherwood.

I took our travel trailer to Plymouth Tire & Service Center to get it ready for our second season of travel. I wanted the wheel bearings greased, the tires rotated, the brakes checked out and the under carriage inspected. The owner of the shop, an RV owner himself, was very helpful in suggesting what I needed for a low mileage trailer such as ours. The wheel bearings have a grease jerk and were in good condition, clean, no moisture, only needing a little fresh grease. He was good enough to explain to me that since the trailer was low mileage and the tires showed no unusual wear a rotation really wasn't required. He did of course say that he would rotate if I wanted. I took his advice and deferred having the work done at this time. The mechanic checked the brakes and under carriage with the tires off and everything was satisfactory. I came in prepared to pay $150 to $200 or more on completion of the work. My bill came to $26.61. Everyone I came in contract with at this shop was helpful and friendly. In the future I will return to Plymouth Tire and and Service Center with our trailer and other vehicles we own when in need of their services. I highly recommend this shop for their skill and integrity.
