I normally love Cincinnati premium outlet and shop there a lot. but today I was very disappointed in what I found. I believe the management of the outlets should be ashamed for roping off part of their parking lot and making you pay to park there. if it was valet parking that would be understandable but it’s not. you have to park yourself but you have to pay because the parking lot is very crowded and there are no open spots except for the lotbthat’s roped off where you have to pay. I think that is very unfair and bad customer service. I wish everyone would boycott the mall until they change this policy. I drove around and couldn’t find a place to park so I left.

Shopping experience was great. What pissed me off was the fact I spent $12 on 4 cups of hot chocolate and they were horrible. I was literally back at the stand in less than a minute and I was informed that I couldn't get a refund or a substitution for something else because I had already taken a sip out of the cup and it couldn't be resold. I was told the coffee shop inside the food court ran the operation but there was no point because the owners weren't there and I wasn't getting a refund. Talk about rude ass service.

Maybe I just hit all the good days because I've never had any problems getting a good parking spot. And I've been there well over a dozen times. My favorite stores are bare + Beauty, Luxury Beauty, Nine West, Gold Toe. As a VIP member, I always have lots of great coupons. I have snagged so many good deals. Sign up for your favorite stores email notifications for extra percent off. It is worth the 30 mile trip for me every time I go.

Really liked walking around at this place. We found the directory very useful and also liked all the benches that were available. Great mix of sun and shade to walk in. Nice mixture of stores too. I also would like to know where to download coupons for here. We definitely will go back.

Stride Rite Store closed. Miss the service-the employees measuring my son's feet and the variety of shoe styles all at one store. Crocs and Sketchers were good but don't seem to have any thing for wide feet. Not much food selection. The North Face had good prices but not many in my size.

No place for husbands to go while wives and daughters shop. Needs a bar with a lot of alcohol in order to make it through the misery of waiting hours on end for women to find one shirt.

I really like this outlet, been to many others and this one is nice cause they are all in one area ,no drive and park in and out. Every store is walking distance with a nice food court. We travel 3hrs just to go to this outlet.�

I have always enjoyed going to the outlet. I had a bad experience in the food court yesterday. My daughter was ordering her subway sandwich and was indecisive in her selections. She's 7. The pos behind the counter became openly agitated and rude. I went to the restaurant next to them. I see why subway was the only empty counter in a busy foodcourt.

We were traveling back to Atlanta and it's one of our stops along the way. Loved it, lots of stores, great location, lots of areas to sit and rest awhile. There was only one problem, I didn't have enough time to see it all. Oh well, I guess that means I gotta go back. ���

We come to the Outlet quite frequently, the last trip last week brought my wife a Micheal Kors purse and a Wallet as if she needed another one stopped in the Nike Store and brought my son some kicks we come from the Dayton Area so it's a mini road trip but we gas up the truck and hit it.

Had a good trip, found a deal on shoes @ Sketchers, buy one get 2nd one 1/2 off. Found socks @ Gold Toe, Didn't have any luck @ the Coach Store, they also had some deals. 70 or 75 % off certain purses, of course I'm too picky, the makers should take into consideration that some people like their purse organized so they need to make more pockets on a purse, light weight with only one shoulder strap. End of rant!

Very nice outlet mall, nice folks and great prices on brand named clothing.
