Stay away. They will waste your time for days only to tell you that they don't have the part anymore when it was supposed to ship out days before. It took me hounding them for days to get answers because I can't get a simple call back to say they don't have it.

Trying to sell them My Taurus, they agreed to pick it up that day so I waited with the vehicle with the title. (it broke down at my church so it's not at my house) I waited over an hour only to be called and told the driver wanted to go home early so they won't be getting the car till the next day. No apology, no explanation other than the driver wanted an early quit that day. Needless to say I was not very happy.

Horrible!
May 30th. Made an order. Was promised that it will arrive within 3 days.
June 13th. Called the to ask why it did not come. Found out that they did not ship it at all. So I ordered once again.
June 20th. I made more than 10 calls to find out the status of order. Guess what! NOT SHIPPED.
June 24th. 8 more calls and luckly i could reach to someone except voice mailbox. Where is my order? It was shipped on 22nd. they said
July 3rd. 5 more calls. Where is my order? It was NOT shipped because it is broken. Why you did not inform me? I don't know.
AWFULL!!!!

Horrible service they take advantage of women because we don't know anything about cars or car parts so they sell as bad car parts and don't like to refund your money

They said they had all the parts I needed, so I gave them my credit card number. After i called them to ask if there was an update on my order they informed me that they didn't have anything and didn't even have my phone number to call back. Good thing I called otherwise i'd be waiting for a long time.

I wish I could give no stars. They are extremely rude and dismissive in sales. Before I could say what I wanted thru answered for me, told me no and hung up. I called back, they said I don't have it I stock and hung up. I refuse to call back and ask when thru will have it. I will not give them money ever since they don't want it. Hire new sales rep, they can't sale water to anyone in the desert. I shopped with them 3 times and never again. I'd rather go to Illinois and pay more.
