Super helpful when we were trying to find tires that would actually fit our sixty year old camper! Very fast and friendly service, very reasonable prices, and they actually took the time to listen to what we were trying to do, unlike the much bigger outfit up the street. I know I'll be back again. Thanks!

We have bought tires here before and had a good experience. My father-in-law bought tires for my daughter. She went in later to get the tires put on, was there for an hour, but did not look at them until a few weeks later. She still has the same ties on that she started with! Brown's told them they didn't have the tires anymore so my daughter and husband must have done something with them. Not only did they not give them tires, they accused them of somehow putting same type of tires back on their own vehicle and doing something else with the new ones! They would not compensate them in any way.
My family will never go back and will tell everyone about this experience.response / report this review -

Sold my wife a bald tire claiming it was 50% tread. Not knowing how to tell and trusting this business to not be dishonest she came home with it. We paid almost 50 dollars for it by the way. I called a few days later, explained what happened, and told them we still had the receipt. Then came back in a week later to get a different tire. They replaced the tire with a very good quality one with virtually no issues. They also claimed that it was a mistake but honestly I don't believe that to be the case. If you choose to go here just be careful and don't just trust them to not screw you. Check over everything yourself.

These guys were so unbelievably nice to me! Checked my tire for free, let me know what it would cost to fix it, fixed it, and mounted it! They made me feel like a competent adult, not a dumb girl, which is a huge breath of fresh air! Thanks so much guys!

Bought a used tire on Saturday and it completely was shredded by Wednesday and when I called them they said drive it in and I said I can't the tire is flat and shredded, but when I was finally able to get the tire off I brought it in and they said nope sorry it's not covered under warranty since you drove on it when it was flat they also told me when I asked them if they put the lug nuts on with a machine they said by law they have to put the lug nuts on by a machine. I took it to two other tire shops after that and they said there's no way that I did that damage by driving on it and if by chance if it was low it means that there was not enough air in it when they changed it on Saturday which means they gave me a s***** tire and the tread on the tire was horrible according to the two tire shops I took it to. I will never go back to this place again

Been coming to Brown's for years, they're always friendly and have never done me wrong once. In fact they always make it more than worth the price you pay with guarantees and warranties on their new and even their used tires. They've even covered me on stuff that wasn't something they had to! They're awesome, I'll forever be a returning customer of Brown's Tire!!

Shopped around for the best deals on used Tires and these guys are the best in Wichita. Friendly and extremely well priced. I got a used tire ( 235/65/R17 ) at 60% Plus tread on it for less than $50.00. These guys ROCK! Thank you Brown's Tires.

I went to Browns this morning, and the staff was super friendly! I was in and out in like 20 minutes which was perfect. Not to mention the price of my tires was very reasonable. There was no haggling or trying to upsale. Definately would recommend to anyone! Will be coming back!

Perfect place, the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They have every size tire I've ever heard of, and can order anything else. I've been here numerous times and have always gotten an excellent deal. Usually in and out in less than 30 minutes.
