I was recommended here by Monro Muffler on Howard Street, who also has very good ratings on Google. Bill and Earl did a good job on the car and they're willing to work with you for the price. I do plan on coming back and using their services again.

I had my husband's jeep repaired 3 mths ago. Very professional from the 1st phone call to setting me up with financing. Jeep still running perfect. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Trustworthy and honest for ladies that don't know much about cars. They diagnose the problem fast. They are the second generation of mechanics at this shop that really know thier stuff.

The Service department at Bill & Earl's was very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone. They check your car while you wait and are able to give you informative answers to all your questions.

Had my car towed for a transmission problem..Marty says it was the speed sensor.replaced didn't fix the problemthen it was the Battery..BTW they didn't check the output voltage on the alternator before they replaced the battery..didn't fix it ..then it was the alternator..figured it is a bunch of Bozo's working there without any automotive certifications at all..Run don't walk away from the place. 400.00 at the car still isn't fixed..taking it to Jim Jennings on eastern Ave..
