I would definitely stay here again. Rooms have been renovated and are nice. Everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The only negative for the room was the shower head. Appears to be a water saving kind and had very low flow. Location is great. Lots to see within walking distance. I didn't use any amenities so I can't comment on those. There is a bar in the lobby.

Really friendly staff and very helpful. Can get to Macy's department store from inside the hotel so don't have to go out into the freezing cold.

What can I say about the Breakfast it was amazing and really fresh.

The nachos are a must have, so forget the diet and definitely try those. Although they didn't go vegetarian we asked for them to bring out anything vegetarian and they did not disappoint.

They had a mini Christmas village very beautiful to see.

I attended a social event here in Fall of 2017. The function space on the fourth floor is wonderfully large and clean, easily accommodating around 200 or more people. The service provided several snacks being walked around on trays that were pretty good. I think several of the sliders were slightly undercooked, but otherwise the food was great. Drinks were a little expensive, around $12.50 for a small cocktail. The hotel itself is in a great location in downtown Boston and has a great interior aesthetic.

I liked my experience here. The rooms are nice. Hotel in middle of downtown . Also near Boston's Chinatown. They checked me in early for my conference, which I appreciated. Elevators slow, particularly at rush hours and the bar specialty drinks were mediocre. Wait staff there were also a little spacey.

We visited the Hyatt Regency in Boston in October 2017 and the stay was made superb by the attention to detail offered by Greg who works in operations within the hotel. There were a few issues that had to be ironed out and he took ownership and followed up on them.

The hotel is well-located, the rooms, while a little dated in style are perfectly functional, clean and well-maintained.

The bar and restaurant are good, we had breakfast, some meals and drinks at the hotel and were perfectly happy.

The Hyatt Regency Boston is a great hotel near the Boston Commons. The hotel staff are a delight and the rooms are very comfortable. Being centrally located, the surrounding area has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping. The elevators are key card restricted, providing a greater sense of security. The lobby area is also very tastefully designed and decorated. Wonderful hotel

I loved the central location. We could walk anywhere. The front desk staff was helpful and kind as was the concierge. The whole atmosphere and ambiance of the hotel was so warm. It has a great exercise room and swimming pool. The locker rooms have a sauna. It was just plain nice. I look forward to staying there again in the very near future.

Location is great. Rooms are somewhat updated. Bathrooms are spacious but generic. There is a self parking garage next to the hotel for $40 a day. Lobby is on the 3rd floor which us sort of strange, but works fine. Staff were attentive. The bar area is nothing special.

The Hyatt lives up to its name in its quality of service. Our rooms were not immediately ready at 5:45pm despite the 4pm check in but the staff quickly rectified the situation. We had two young children with us and they kindly gave the kids some activity gift bags. The rooms were tidy and we were provided ample towels and toiletries.

The kingbed room has plenty of space. The room is quiet and neat. The Chinatown is just 2 blocks away and food there are great. The subway is also very close. Love this hotel! Recommended.

Fantastic location in downtown Boston that's close to Chinatown. Room was a little dirty when we arrived (hair in bathroom). Breakfast not included, despite paying over $300/night. We tried to check in early and was told they would call us once a room became available. We never got a call and returned 4 hours later to find out that there were several rooms available and that they should've called us earlier, but didn't. Bathroom on lower level of hotel was very dirty.

Nice place that is right in the middle of everything you might need. The hotel layout is a little strange, but the rooms are fine. The staff are pleasant too. Room is quiet enough at night although you can hear some louder noises from time to time (still very good for City hotel). Bed is comfortable and everything seems to work as you'd expect.

Wow! Beautiful hotel steps from Downtown Crossing. Close to all theaters and Orange Line. Well kept property with wonderful staff. King view room very clean and comfortable. Quality linens and bath products. Plenty of space to unwind. Avenue Restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Also good for quick bites. Everyone we encounter has a smile. Will stay again and again. Great for solo trip, romance, girls getaway or family fun. Positive vibe! A+ Hyatt!
