Small room, weak heater, good service, good bar
Great hotel. Got a good deal for Boston on hotels tonight, maybe 160 a night or so. Worth it for sure. Great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walking to Pru area. Great to have discounted/validated parking for a nearby garage. We paid about 28 bucks a night for it. Bathroom were a bit small and room was also small, but cozy and comfortable. Would stay again
This is a perfectly located hotel in quiet neighborhood that is just a walk away from the more bustling parts of the city. The room was small but clean and the staff was pleasant. Because it is not over-priced, it is a great place to stay if you are on a budget.
Service was a bit slow. The rooms are clean but small, the bed comfortable but the sheets were a little rough and worn. Quite are and we slept well thus the 4 stars.
Very nice room, good location. There's no breakfast there but there's a bar called the trophy room they have food. I didn't eat there. Plenty of places around for breakfast, coffee.
Trendy hotel on the edge of downtown. Lively nightlife street-level, but quiet rooms. Polite, helpful front desk staff.
Upsides: The staff have been really nice. The free safe is nice, as is the hairdryer. Being able to turn the air conditioner on and off is nice.
Downsides: The mattresses in the two twin bed room were really firm and squeaky. The wifi doesn't really work on Apple phones, although it works fine on my Android phone. The room is incredibly small, has a small clothing rack in the open in lieu of a closet, and there is no fridge.
It was nice, clean, and friendly hotel. Loved that there's a bar right below. The bathroom was gorgeous. No problems would come here again.
In the room I was in there was no microwave or refrigerator like there is elsewhere. Mattress incredibly worn and uncomfortable. Was tossing and turning all night. Everything is being replaced by those wall mounted air conditioners instead of your conventional ones and it performed below par. Putting out barely any air. Was very warm and a bit humid however there's a remote but it's limited at what you can do. You can adjust temperature but you can't adjust fan speed, change modes, etc. Overall, the room was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly. There's a cool bar downstairs I didn't get a chance to experience. I recommend putting at least a mini fridge in even the cheapest or economical rooms. It would show your integrity more.
It's comfy and homey and a must each time I visit Boston now. Friendly staff at the hotel, and the adjoining bar/restaurant Trophy Room. You're well taken care of every visit ☺️
Great location, friendly staff, and a great adjoined restaurant. Rooms are clean, with fine amenities. Bathrooms are admittedly tight.
Very nice hotel! Rooms and bathroom are good size for location in the city. Easily located within walking distance of the subway system.
