When reserved room by phone, I especifically requested one on about half way to upper level(Dedham hotel has 8 floors), and the staff who completed reservation, assured me that there were plenty of rooms available. However, when arrived there, got the last room on lower level, far from reception and exit, hidden and
smelly area and room was very cold. Had to walk all the way back to get another one. Got it on 2nd floor. Room was fine, but it was too noisy( a woman talking loud outside the hotel entrance, and soon after she left area, a repeating pounding noise coming from perhaps a room on back, at the time I was ready to sleep(which was after 2am). I did not had a good sleep there and it was unfortunate.response / report this review -

I stayed in a super clean room with fabulous sheets and pillows. Wonderful mattress. Clean clean clean. The breakfast food and service was excellent and friendly. I was so happy there and would definitely go back if in the area again.

This hotels location could certainly be better. But the hotel staff is great! Rooms are clean, and breakfast is good.

Attended a wedding reception. Pros: waitstaff and staff and general were very polite, wifi code given upon request. Cons: restrooms were far from great, (not the fault of the hotel/staff) part of the reception was outside and we could definitely smell someone on the other side of a fence of the hotel smoking weed

My family and I stayed overnight, and I hadn't read any reviews of this place. Of the reviews I read, I have to agree: the bathroom is small. That's fine, no biggie, but the sink and the tub pipes needed Drano, as the water didn't go down very quickly. The look on the woman's face at the front desk when I showed her the picture I took of the sink was priceless! She was so embarrassed, and promised me that the problem would be taken care of. Other than that, the weekend was great.

I like the hotel. It's cool enough. It has pool but which is really small. Room was nice and neat. Staff was nice. I didn't have problems. It has breakfast and room has coffee maker 🍵

In 30 years of business travel, this was the worst bed I've ever "slept" on. It felt like a hammock. I had already switched rooms once due to a rumbling ice machine, and didn't want to move again. My mistake. I could hardly walk the next day. When I mentioned the bed to the desk clerk, he sort of smiled at said: "Oh yeah, that's one of our bad ones". Hence, they KNEW this room had a horrible bed, yet had no qualms about taking my $200. This experience changes my view of Holiday Inn. It's surprising Holiday Inn allows this level of accommodation from their franchisees. A $20 room at a fleabag motel would have been a step up. Under any circumstances, avoid this hotel.

Great building, great restaurant. Conveniently located, bamboo is fantastic Sushi and Chinese under the same roof. Lots to do across the street at legacy place.

Overnight guest, plenty of parking. Room was well appointed, only negative was, there was no chair in the room. You had to sit on the bed or the office chair. Had the buffet breakfast, which was warm and plentiful.

Typical conference center. Good food and plenty of coffee through the day. Surly old man in the office shushing people in the lobby and slamming doors was a bit off putting. He was an employee of the hotel, but was very very rude

Housekeeping staff extremely pleasant and provided great service. Breakfast experience was weird. Not worth staying here for kids eat free because they charge $7.50 if you only eat cold bar cereal and fruit and $12.50 if you eat scrambled eggs or bacon that is on same bar. No service and had to walk behind counter to get drinks for ourselves on first day. Would rather pay more for free breakfast elsewhere.- Nice outside deck and yard off indoor pool. Staff at front desk on Monday morning and evening were curt and condescending.
