A good hotel for business travel in Bethesda. In the heart of the area, with plenty of trendy restaurants and local shops all within a 1 mile radius of the hotel.
The hotel is a little dated, and services had been a little spotty in the beginning with some of my team members, but the hotel has worked to resolve with me, and management has since addressed and recognized issues.

Convenience plays a key role in staying at this location. Not all the creature comforts, but otherwise is reasonable in price and scores average or better in most cases. I will return.

I will echo the statement about the front desk staff; they are first rate! Was in the area for my anniversary. Our original dinner plans for our anniversary dinner got changed due to the restaurant not being open on that Monday; was told about another restaurant by a "foodie" staff member and she was dead-on (Duck Duck Goose; HIGHLY recommend!).

The bed was rock hard (Firm would be an understatement) with a "pit" in the middle that sloped The hotel needs to have a better agreement with the parking garage because $18+ per day to park is insane. Other issues we had I reported to Hilton and see what they say/do because they are issues that we had that others would not come across, and if they do, they are "trivial" in most cases.

Hotel is just about 3 blocks from the RED LINE (Metro) but there are others right at the station and a block away that COULD be better, check their reviews. :)

Note: The issues we had were not 'deal-breakers' at all; I'm sure they will be replacing those bricks. I mean, beds, soon enough. :D

We stayed two nights and the first night was lovely. Halfway through the second day, our door cards stopped working and it turned out they had lost the payment for our second night in their junk mail folder. They fish it out and we get comped a free dinner and that worked out okay except they forgot to flag our cards to work with the parking garage, so we couldn't leave until I got back to the front desk. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was fine, but the cheesecake was awful. The next morning at 430AM, my wife leaves and comes back to the room and her card doesn't work again. I try to let where in and I can't. The deadbolt is stuck and neither of us can exit or enter our room. They say they don't have a maintenance man or a manager there until 7am and my wife is livid. With a set of tools and persistence, they finally manage to get the door open and they comp us both nights stay. I've stayed at plenty of hotels before and I've never had a staff so willing to help us out. I've also never had this many problems with a hotel.

Top notch customer service. The best I've had in a while. They call to see how you're room is room service is the best I've had the food is warm and it's tasty there deserts are great especially the apple pie strudel. My room was not giving a lot of heat so they came up try to fix it when they when it wasn't able to be fixed they switch me to a nice room that had heat rooms are super clean for the most part you don't like anything you can always call them and they will be happy to switch for you they don't give you angry face or attitude I love it at this hotel. There are other hotels I stay that and they have bad customer service not this one. I'm very picky about customer service so please know that I'm saying the truth this hotels good.

Staff are definitely the best thing about this place. Incredibly friendly and supportive - they were so nice and bolstered me up for my day that I feel like swinging back by to tell them how it went! Rooms were spacious and nicely laid out, with a fridge and microwave in the room I had. Some maintenance could be picked up, there was a large stain in the carpet, a largely chipped toilet and (clean) towel with massive stains on it in the room. Bed was also rather firm. Shower had very nice hot water and good water pressure, which I appreciated Overall, not a bad hotel and amazing staff.

Very clean and modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The overnight member who I believe is Filipino was particularly good. Very in control and clearly capable.

Rooms were comfortable and the location is excellent. Minus one star for rude staff at check in. All other experiences we're positive.

Beds are super neat, you can pick your firmness setting. Also love that the chairs are actually comfortable to sit in. Great bathroom products (Neutrogena) including shower gel and conditioner as well as a make-up remover towelette. Bedding and towels very nice quality and the hot breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs which were cooked perfectly.

I've stayed here several times with various results. Most recently the front desk was overwhelmed with check-ins at 3PM and my room was not ready even though I had checked in online hours before. I had to go and return around 6 to get my key. Staff was apologetic and understanding in the face of a lot of pressure. Parking garage gets full in the evening, so if you go out be aware there may be no place to park when you return even though you have prepaid.

Rooms are generally comfortable and there are plenty of dining choices in the neighborhood except at Thanksgiving, when most places are understandably closed. Then it's pretty much Ruth's Chris or nothing.
