Great hotel with professional staff. Had complimentary refreshments of and helped our event be a success.
Fantastic all the way around
Clean.. large rooms.. great breakfast..efficient at check in staff (they don't get flustered or lose reservations when busy very efficient crew) I travel 9 mths a year trust me you'll like it here I stay here alot
The room was nice and spacious. It had a refrigerator and a microwave in it and the bed was super comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
When you check in remember that a deposit for incidentals is NOT $50 for your complete stay. It's for each night. When finding out o bout this from my bank notifications. I went down next day to explain that that was not explained to me. The manager on duty said you should have read the displayed letter at the front desk. I told her the front desk should have told me for each night about the change but didn't. Understand she was combative and said it was their policy. I tried to explain that I've been to other Hampton Inns and only was charge for 1 time fee of $50 and ask her to reduce the 3 rooms and didn't. Please make sure you know going in they will not work with you at all on accommodating to a bad representation from a check in lack of information
It is all you want! Great value! CLEAN! Fresh smell! Spacious! Soft but firm form fitting (seemingly) beds! I melted into mine, as did my mother (who prefers couches because of her back issues). Massive bathroom (unexpected skinny tub)! Free breakfast. Breakfast had waffle station (with added crushed pecans, honey, and other fun toppings aside from just syrup Great add), yogurt, cheese omelets, sliced maple sausage, pastries, juice machine, coffee (decaf, hot water w/ tea bags, light, and robust) with coffee mate and honey and the variety of sugar and sweeteners. SUPER FAST check-in and checkout! I booked online moments before and they were still aware and ready for me. All in all a relaxing and rewarding stay!
As always, no complaints. This cozy hotel has everything I need plus a very courteous staff.
Great hotel. Comfortable and clean. Aside from the jerk next door slamming his door at 2a.m., no complaints. Hot breakfast with decent offering. Close to airport and 95.
Great location close to everything West Palm beach has to offer. Large airy room with standard amenities. Staff was very courteous and check in was a snap. Had asked for extra pillows but did not get them. (4 standard sized pillows on a king sized bed) rug seemed sticky. Bathroom was nice with fluffy towels. Breakfast was included.
I give this hotel a 2 star rating ONLY because the hotel was well kept and the rooms were nice and the staff was nice for the most part. Breakfast was good. Workout room clean, updated, functional. BUT BEWARE we were there for 5 days and they put a hold on my credit card for the ENTIRE amount as well as an additional $50 per day incidental fee for a total of $865! What hotel does that? I travel StayToPlay events all the time as my kids are very active and I have NEVER encounter one that froze your money like that. As far as I am concerned for 6-7 days you have stolen my money! In addition Gabrielle at the front desk was insensitive and lacked basic customer service skills. She advised me that EVERY HOTEL puts a hold on your card for the entire amount. So wrong my dear! I will be writing Prospect Wire Baseball as well. No need to contract with this facility again!
This rating is not a reflection on the condition of the hotel itself or the rooms, additionally the regular staff were cordial and professional. This rating reflects my experience with the supposed Assistant Manager named Brianna. In a recent stay while preparing for international travel the next morning, I was checking in and was asked by the front desk if I really needed a two queen room as I had reserved. I explained that I was expecting a colleague to arrive later and yes I need the room I reserved. Then Brianna came out and said I can have a single bed with a pull-out sofa. I told her this was unacceptable and she said, "bed types are a request not a 'reservation'" I told her that is absurd and I explained that I travel constantly as the VP of a large enterprise and the bed type is an integral part of the reservation; and in fact, the room rates were different for different bed types. There were at least 5 other Hilton properties within a mile of this hotel and I asked her to call them see if they have a room with 2 queens. She refused to query the other hotels and when I asked to see the room she was proposing, she refused to show me the room and the pull out sofa before I committed to accepting it. I demanded talking to a real manager and slapped my hand down on the counter. She then said I was becoming combative and threatened to cancel my reservation. It was near 11pm and I was tired from traveling all day so I took the key went to the room and I called the Hilton customer service hotline for the first time ever in my career. They were extremely kind and considerate and completely contradicted the total BS from Brianna. They confirmed that the bed type is guaranteed by the reservation. When they called to speak with her, she was supposedly gone for the evening. I feel bad for the good people that have to work with her on a daily basis, some of whom apologized to me later for her demeanor and complete lack of concern, they suggested I contact the private management company of this hotel since this was apparently the routine type of “service” offered by Brianna. Brianna should not be in the hospitality Industry, especially with Hilton, since she has no sense of what the word hospitality means.
