Easy access to airport. Hotel breakfast very good. Full bar. Staff friendly. In room coffeepots not very good.

Excellent access to the airport and a short drive to shopping. The rooms are clean and service was excellent. The food and bar in the lobby were excellent as well.

Clean! Super Clean room, I cant stress how clean my room was and comfortable the bed was also. The breakfast was hot and delicious as well. Don't forget the cookies I will definitely return again!

Staff was friendly, courteous, and pleasant. The room was clean, nice. Overall there were no issues during the stay. Gave 4 stars not 5 due to very slight aesthetic changes that could make it a 5 star experience. For example painting the exterior and modernizing the bathrooms. Otherwise the experience itself was excellent!

I have just shown up for my reservation made last Tuesday prepaid for 4 nights as my safety from Hurricane Irma. I was refused because I had a dog. I have no family and no other plans. I think the Doubletree should be ashamed of refusing to shelter us on a paid reservation. DO NOT SUPPORT AN ORGANIZATIONAL THAT HAS SUCH A LACK OF EMPATHY AT A TIME OF THIS HURRICANE. Our Governor has been wonderful in warning everyone to secure a safe place to ride out this hurricane. Obviously the manager/management of the Doubletree does not know what the word emergency refuge means.

Nice place for a night or two.. Went there may times but it's not the same as it was a few years ago but sill good.. Breakfast is good there and the pool is nice but not big but good size

Run down, dark, Hilton package was not honored. Weekend getaway was extra money and we received nothing. Suite is a regular room with a sofa. Whirlpool was a lie

Good location and rates, on site restaurant is good enough and has a very good breakfast. Staff is friendly and the rooms​ have been clean. Close to the airport, with a reasonably quick shuttle. Two Double Tree hotels in the area, so be sure to get on the correct shuttle.

We went here on our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped on the premises we had a good impression. The staff was kind and even upgraded us to a suite to help us celebrate. The room was clean and well kept. I had some of the best sleep I'd had in a while. They also surprised us with a fruit tray and a hand written note thanking us for our stay with them. We decided we'd definitely be going back.
