I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the courtesy shuttle was convenient to get around the busy city with limited parking. Location was excellent, and close to everything Madison has to offer. I will definitely stay here again if I have to go to Madison!

Definitely built with the business traveler in mind. Nice desk/work area and a gigantic couch to stretch out on. Terrific breakfast included with the room. Covered parking available. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Two blocks from the state Capitol building.

Really enjoy staying here on my trips to Madison. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and powerful showers. Staff has always been very friendly and happy to help with whatever you need. Parking is not included with the room. Continental breakfast is though and there's usually a variety of options available.

I got flown in for an interview at a company in Madison and they put me up here for the night. The staff was super nice and helpful, and made sure to help me out when I needed a cab or whatnot. The breakfast was also not bad, definitely way better than a lot of hotel breakfasts I've had in the past. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean. All the furniture and items in the room(bed, couch, pillows, etc), we're high quality and also very clean. Very nice shower and just a great overall experience. I can't speak much to the location of the hotel, since I was there pretty just for business and didn't really have to plan my local transportation; however it did seem very centrally located, with a lot of close places that I would have gone to if I had had more time. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Madison.

Great location, the capitol is very beautiful and very close by. Pool is nice, no hot-tub. Parking is available in the garage for a daily fee. Free breakfast is always very nicely done. This hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here in the past and will try to stay here every time we visit Madison. Lobby has several different sitting areas. Food and drinks are available in the lobby all the time.

Appeared very clean during check-in and in our room. Very friendly and quick staff got us a room with no reservation. I enjoyed the hotel design and style. Their included breakfast surpassed my expectations for what I assumed. Parking garage was easy to navigate and use. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful room. Fantastic amenities. Parking was 12$ a day, but I guess that's cheaper than parking somewhere else. 24h food and bar closed at midnight. Breakfast was pretty extensive and free. Overall, I would definitely recommend starting here.

This Hyatt Place takes the gold in terms of location. Just blocks from the state capital and hundreds of fantastic dining and drinking establishments. Parking is a breeze and also affordable thanks to the city of Madison setting an inexpensive market rate. The room felt a little dated, but the bed comfortable and the fridge useful. The Sunday morning breakfast was also a nice plus. My only gripe with this stay is that the front desk staff seemed unaware that my World of Hyatt status entitled me to a complimentary beverage.

Not my best stay at this property, but I would stay here again given a choice of certain local properties. My bed smelled. Whether it was the BO of a previous guest or cleaning chemicals I didn't recognize it until I went to bed my first night. My experience with the complimentary shuttle service and the drivers was less than the name suggests. The complimentary breakfast on the other hand was consistent and good, one thing I like about this property. And the front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and nice, as expect, and as usual.

Amazing group of people working there. Smiles all around make you feel welcomed. The swimming pool is temperature controlled which allowed it for my kids to enjoy themselves right away. The complimentary breakfast was great tasting as well.

I had a great experience staying here. Very convenient location, quick walk to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Great view of the capital building, friendly staff. Very comfortable, definitely worth staying here if you are in madison.

I stopped at Hyatt Place to visit a friend who was staying there. When we arrived the lobby was spacious, warm and sunny. We went up to the room and found it to be large and clean. There was a mini fridge and a sofa, which was nice for visiting. I noticed some plugs for attaching your computer to the television, which was very nice. I was not the guest, so I didn't stay overnight and experience the room, but my time in the hotel was nice. I appreciated the cleanliness and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is located right in downtown Madison. It is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, museums, etc. The king suite was a decent size for 4 people because it also included a pull out couch, which was good to have. However, the bathroom was pretty small and the pull out mattress was uncomfortable. They also only has a pool not a hot tub. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Great room. Every port for any electronic device will work with your TV in the room, it's great! Decent free breakfast bar in the morning and very centrally located to the Madison Square. So near lots of attractions and restaurants. I would stay here again for sure.

Rooms are standard Hyatt place rooms. Hotel seems to be very new. Front desk staff is very warm and friendly. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, pastries, bagels/bread, fresh cut fruit, fresh whole fruit. Coffee is not bad, but definitely not good. Housekeeping skipped our room because we we had our "do not disturb" sign out, but we left and told the front and housekeeping made up our room while we were out in the afternoon. Location is great. Two blocks from the library, the capitol Is very very close. UW is very close. If I stayed in Madison again, I would not hesitate to stay at Hyatt again.
