Very nice hotel with a stay that makes the difference! Everything was great with my stay and the hotel stay was friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast buffet was far better than most hotels. Will definitely stay again.

Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, and more than enough space. Breakfast was amazing better than any other hotel i have stayed at. The hotel on the outside could use a remodel looks very old and run down but the inside looks really good. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends/family if they are ever in madison.

I went to see the hotel to decide on a place to block rooms for my upcoming wedding. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and let me go see a guest room, and I was able to speak to the man in charge of room blocks right away. I've got our contract already, and I'm excited to have them as our hotel for guests! While there, new drywall was being installed, and I was told they're upgrading rooms that hadn't been upgraded in the last year. The place looks pretty great, and hopefully it just gets better!

The area was very expensive so we selected the Best Western based on its competitive price point. I was actually pleasantly surprised how well-kept the rooms were. It had the "clean" feeling when you walked in. Breakfast was decent offering complimentary hot and cold choices. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I don't usually write a review but we were very happy with our stay at East Towne Suites. The desk clerk was very helpful in recommending places for outdoor dining. Our room was very clean we were impressed and the breakfast was very good and well managed. We will definitely be back.

We regularly travel with our dog. This is one of the few pet friendly hotels we've found. They're always great about giving us a room that allows for easy outside access. They also have a wonderful hot breakfast. While the rooms look a little dated, they are always clean and fresh.

Staff is super friendly, room is very clean, linens smells great! Pillows are nice as well. Bathrooms are smaller in the standard rooms, but it's cheap, so it's still a great deal! The beds are comfy! Lots of good places around and the room service options are great!! I would stay here again hands down!

Beware of the advance purchase option when booking through Google Maps. I was in transit through Wisconsin and needed a room for the evening. I used my smartphone to search on Google Maps for a hotel in Madison and found the Best Western East Towne Suites. I used the Best Western option on Google Maps to book a room, but when I received the confirmation email it showed a booking date for the following week instead of for that evening. I immediately contacted Best Western reservations to change the date, but was told I had selected the advance purchase option which made the reservation non-refundable and non-changeable. I was told I would have to speak with someone in customer service. I was unable to get in contact with customer service until the following day. I was then told they could not cancel the reservation, but that they would contact the property to ask if the hotel would allow me to cancel the reservation. The hotel refused to allow the cancellation so I'm out the cost of a room. I should be more careful in confirming booking options, but when the industry standard is for refundable rates with at least 24 hours of advance notice, it seems inappropriate for Best Western to make the advance purchase option the default when booking on a mobile device, especially given that the advance purchase option isn't even available on a desktop or laptop browser.

Overall a good stay. Room and bed were extremely comfortable. Their breakfast guy is fantastic. Super helpful and kind. It was nice to have a fresh, hot meal in the morning.
I am a Rewards member and summer promotions were not mentioned. It's a bit disappointingit's why I joined the program.

The front desk was friendly, helpful and quick. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We loved our little living room that was in the suite. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Lots of great restaurants surround the hotel.

It seemed overpriced to me. Plastic cups seem cheap. The location is good, next to the interstate. The room was clean and the bed really comfy. No coffee table in front of the couch. The room was arranged odly. Couldn't see the TV from the bedroom or "living" area without physically turning the TV.

The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. There are several places to eat within walking distance. The wifi had a strong signal in my room. Breakfast is good with waffle maker, eggs, sausage, etc. There aren't many channels available with the TV in the room.

I had an enjoyable, comfortable stay, at a good price. It wasn't a four star hotel, however I didn't expect that. There was enough room, a fridge and microwave, Internet, fitness center, pool, and a comfortable bed. That's all I needed.

The rooms are very nice, and the price can't be beat. Nice continental breakfast included with the room rate. Less one star due to no room service being available, even though it is advertised and there is a menu in the room to order from. When I called for room service, I was told that the restaraunt that serves my hotel is closed. Bummer. After a 5 hour drive to get to the hotel, the last thing I wanted to do was get back in the car. There are plenty of eating options in the area of the hotel, however, so there was no problem finding a place to order dinner.
