The Hilton Garden Inn graciously hosts a monthly event for the Middleton Chamber of Commerce. Always a great space and has a nice feel to it. Just another reason to attend!

Room was nice and service was good. Lack of a continental breakfast at the rate we paid is definitely a reason to look elsewhere. The Hampton Inn that is a couple miles down the road was just as nice and included a very nice breakfast.

As always, my stay here was great. The staff is so helpful and the location is great for my business needs yet still not far from downtown Madison. I would highly recommend it if you need to stay in the Middleton area.

This is a really great hotel. Attended the Midwest Wedding Summit and they pulled out all the stops. Rooms are beautiful and the pool is great! Nice bartenders and the sales staff is top notch. Would totally stay here again!

Guest services was friendly, two free bottles of water when I checked in. Nice little gym and swimming area. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bedding is top notch with goose down pillows. Not a single bad thing I could say about my stay here.

Fantastic stay, nice large rooms, very clean. Awesome pool with basketball hoop, volleyball net, and slides and water fountains for the kids. Had the softest towels I have ever had at a hotel. On site breakfast that was good as well. Really enjoyed our stay and so did our 3 year old.

What a venue! The Hilton Garden Inn West Madison-Middleton hosted our wedding reception in May 2017, and we could not have been happier. The professionalism and attentiveness of Carl, the Hotel Manager, and his staff made us feel less like a customer and more like family. Judy, the Catering Sales Manager, and Sam, the Groups Coordinator, expertly and promptly fielded all of our concerns; quieting our anxieties and allowing us to truly enjoy our reception.
The Hilton Garden Inn offered many delicious dinner options and had a group tasting in advance. We selected the prime rib, chicken Marsala, and mushroom ravioli. Our guests raved about the food, and the prime rib in particular. They had a kid’s meal options as well. We chose the macaroni and cheese which worked out perfectly for our younger guests!
The accommodations were impeccable. Sam helped with special room requests, and worked with us to add rooms to our room black as needed. Further, the ability to stumble up to our room after partying the night away, rather than relying on transportation, was priceless.
While the cost was comparable to some other venues, the personal attention, location, food, and general atmosphere created by the staff made the Hilton Garden Inn a steal.response / report this review -

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here about 8 separate times totaling about 40 days. The breakfast served each morning is quite good but the bar in the evening is lacking. Room service is provided by Johnnys Italian Steakhouse across the street but I would suggest going elsewhere or having delivery. The front desk staff have menus and cane arrange transportation if needed. There are plenty of great local places nearby.

We had a scrapbook convention. They were amazing. Our sink was clogged, so they fixed it and then gave us free breakfast. Then, they gave me and my 3 friends little teddy bears for free. We took a group selfie with them. They also put up with the ridiculous demands of 4 women, including extra towels, toothpaste, and 5 extra pillows. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my room very much. It was actually bigger than I expected. I was greeted with a towel that was folded into a dog shape. Very fun hotel. The downsides was that I had to pay extra for breakfast and the elevators were incredibly slow, but besides that; great hotel experience.

Convenient location, nice room. Easy parking. Quite a lot of water noise from the neighbouring room - you could clearly hear when they were running the tap or flushed the toilet.
