Absolutely gorgeous, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The only downside is the pool area. It is in need of a deep cleaning The rest of the place is immaculate.

Great friendly hotel. Clean, quiet, prompt service, everything you are looking for in a motel and more. Free breakfast, fast and courteous service In room. I would give this place a 10 out of 10 but rating stops at 5.

The room was nice, but our tv didn't work for a while. They fixed it though which was nice. The only sink was in the bathroom, so the coffee pot was in there which was weird. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

A great business travel hotel with enough features (swimming pool, fitness center, great breakfast) for family visits. I love how this hotel is well within walking distance to Costco next door.

Good accommodations at a good price. They have a swimming pool for the kids and great breakfasts. The staff was courteous and friendly. Every room has a microwave and refrigerator and our room was clean and tidy. Minus one star for the hard as rock beds.

Very pleasant place to stay. Both the rooms and the lobby appear to have been recently remodeled. Everything was clean and well maintained. Beds were extremely comfortable. And the location, close to the highway, was convenient. Breakfast was hot, and good quality. The hotel did a very good job all the way around. My stay there was perfect.

Smaller hotel, but very nice. Have no complaints, except that I wish they had an on-site store. It's close to a few restaurants and if you want to go further, there's always the Middleton trolly

The hotels location is really good, the morning buffet had good food. It wasn't anything fancy but it tasted really good. The rooms are really clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was nice. Pool and hot tub are decent. As a person who travels about once a month or every other month this was a nice hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay close to Madison.

Gentleman at check-in was friendly, room was decent but nothing to rant about. We were given a wheelchair accessible room, but there was barely any room at all to move around. It would not have been very easy for anyone using a wheelchair to maneuver around. There was very little space at all on the bathroom vanity to set anything. The bed was very firm and the pillows were not really comfortable. That, of course, is just personal opinion. The room did seem fairly clean. Upon checkout, the gentleman at the counter was anything BUT friendly. He never asked how our stay was, which is usually the first words out of anyone's mouth when you're checking out. Then when I asked about my final billing statement, which was wrong, I got nothing but attitude and he only tried to tell me that I was wrong and if I had a problem then I should call and speak to someone about it. Call and speak to who? Shouldn't you be taking care of your customer NOW?? Do you want me to call a manager or corporate instead of TRYING to figure out why the error occurred?? As a Club Carlson member I was using points and cash for my stay. This was confirmed by the FRIENDLY gentleman at check-in, however when we were checking out I was charged something completely different. So I will be making that phone call, and I will not be returning to this location.
