Not a bad place to stay. A little pricy but not bad for the cost. I like having a little kitchen area bathroom is annoying though with the door opening in with little room to shut it with the toilet location andthe toilet sounds like a small meet engine.. But overall it's nice. Plus they allow pets so you can bring your fur baby with you.

I look for 2 things at a hotel; clean and quiet. This was neither. I showed up around midnight, and there was no one at the front desk, and no bell to ring. Just a sign that said "We will be back shortly." I ended up calling the hotel to get the woman to return to the front. She was really nice, but said that my temporary ID issued by the DMV wouldn't suffice. I showed her a college ID, and she said she would have to check to see if it would be acceptable. It was. As others have mentioned, the room was dated. I don't care about that. What I can't stand is stained pillow cases, hairs from multiple people on the sheets, a layer of dust on the night stand, and mold spots on the shower curtain. I didn't look any closer. I just took multiple showers. I won't be back to this location.

Needed something quick and accepted pets. I've stayed at other hotels similar and they provide cookware for the kitchen and fresh towels. This location won't service your room unless you stay there for more than a week. You have to check out the cooking utensils. Disappointing

Our room was pretty dated it. The countertops in the kitchen area and the kitchen cabinets themselves looked like they we're from the 90s. The bathroom wasn't anything fancy, either. The shower even had a rust stains. Now, I will say the place was very clean otherwise and the bed wasn't hard as a rock. The bed was definitely not sink- into- soft. But when it comes to affordable hotels I have definitely slept on much worse.

Incomplete housekeeping. Lazy housekeeping employees. Very pleasant front desk and maintenance employees. Ended up having to change our own bed linens due to housekeeping going home without finishing their job. Website boasts 24/7 service.

The staff is friendly and helpful, however the cleanliness is very poor. Bed sheets were freshly stained, toilets had hair and urine on them, bugs in the kitchen, trash wasn't dumped, fridge didn't work, and I can't even imagine what I didn't actually see.
The location is great and I feel the area is safe. I was able to park my car right outside my window which is nice.
For those staying with compromised immune systems, seek lodging elsewhere.

Decent hotel, nothing special. No pool, no continental breakfast. Fridge didn't work when I got here and there was someone else's trash under the bed. They did fix the fridge quickly after I told them about it. Not horrible if you get a room that doesn't smell bad, friendly staff.

I liked it because they accommodated us after our online reservations were cancelled at the other Extended Stay for the same price as the online reservation. However our fridge didn't work and the bathroom pipes made extremely loud noises, and I sleep through snoring but that sound kept waking me up. Overall it is good just needs repairs.

Very nasty rooms and the staff is lazy and unprofessional The worst extended stay we stayed in and extended stay is high on our list but this one is going nowhere fast 😷.
The restroom is horrible and the room smells of flocka and beer its very weird.

My wife and I stayed in a two room suite for one night with our four young children. The rooms were clean, service was excellent and very helpful, and breakfast in the morning though lacking variety was abundant. We would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and the kitchenette was very convenient. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Meagan even checked to be sure room was what we expected and answered questions about the area for us.

The staff is completely incompetent. We reserved a room for 2 adults and one toddler and we received a queen size bedroom with no toddler bed or pack n play. We had to purchase one for our son to sleep in. When we asked how come they don't provide cribs or toddlers beds, the front desk told us that this place is mainly for business travelers, yet they don't have a business center.
No breakfast. Grab and go breakfast was just coffee, packaged disgusting muffins, and granola bars.
No swimming pool.
No work out room.
No business center.
No room service. Yeah! We stayed for 7 days with no room service and cleaning. We had to go tot he front desk and ask for clean towels and sheets whenever we needed any. We also begged for a vacuum cleaner to do the carpet. You can't go for 7 days with cleaning your carpet when you have a toddler in your room.
Internet is extremely slow or non existing.
They boast about their studio-like living and you have to ask for everything. We had to go to the front desk to ask for cups, plates, silverware, dish soap, coffee machine, and again for cleaning supplies because the cups and silverware were disgusting and filthy with sticky stains and coffee stuck on. Off course they boast about delivering all this stuff cleaned!!!
When we arrived, we were asked to wait for 10 min because the room was being cleaned and almost done. What a joke! The dust in the room was awful. Two of the lights in the room didn't work. The bathtub was all hair and dirt. The kitchenette sink was disgusting. We had to clean everything ourselves because we couldn't trust them doing anything right at that moment. What does housekeeping do beside spraying chemicals to make it smell clean??!! We asked to change the room, and we were told that the whole hotel was booked due to a NASCAR event.
Stay away from this place. We were stuck because all hotels in the area were booked due to the NASCAR thing. Awful experience and restless bed.

In an excellent location, the rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is bright and modern. Very clean, staff cordial and competent. I have no trouble recommending this place in Overland Park to anyone traveling either to Overland Park or through the Kansas City area on a stopover.

Rude management with no people skills. I understand you have policies but it would be nice if they were explained at checking in. Woke me up while I was sleeping to kick me out because they couldn't figure out how to arrange payment with my company. Lost 3 months of business from me would not stay there the $20 a night somewhere nicer is worth the money.
