I got in the middle of the night after an extremely long day of traveling. When the lady finally came to the front desk, it was clear she had just woken up. She checked me in in her pijamas. She barely mumbled a word and rushed me out. Then I got to the hallway of my room..it was scary. There was old furniture lining the hallways so I could barely walk through. Then outside my room was a pile of dirty rags thrown around on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. Once in my room, it was clear the comforter was not the same shade of white it started asthe bed felt like cardboard, and none of the clocks in the room worked. I immediately passed out because it was about 2:30 am at this point. I was awoken around 8 am by a noise I can only describe as someone playing dominoes with the old refrigerators in the hall. I'm not sure how people were able to make that much noise. The walls were paper thin and I was kept awake until checkout at 11. I will never be staying with this company again. It was an absolutely disgusting and horrific experience.

Ants in the room, room stunk like smoke, hallway and lobby smell. No room service all week. Stain on a pillow. Im cheap and my regular hotels were full. Ive had worse, but not staying here again unless it's a last resort.

VERY clean. A no frills place with exceptional comfort. My bed could use an upgrade by I sleep like a baby every night.
I was there for 2 weeks.
The people I dealt with at the front desk were very nice, professional and personable.

This place HATES Veterans,Disabled-Veterans,Disabled,Sick and all People Apparently.and talked to my disabled veteran mother like she was trash for no reason and raised her room rate by 50%!! They go around everyday knocking on doors trying to make you pay more before your due date!! They proclaim our computer shows you owe a balancewhat a scam this place should be shut down and everyone put in jail for life!!Come give your money to this company full of Carney's. The devil must be in charge of these placesbecause they support Hate against good people! They will lie,cheat,steal!
Room Doors illegally Propped open fire code hazard!! Constant fire code violations at this hotel with illegal propped open doors which explains all the fires that happen and alarms going off! Hotel room doors are supposed to be kept closed at all times.. major fire code violation enough to shut down the place! The place reeks of massive amounts of nasty cancer causing carcinogenic cigarette smoke well know to kill for 50 years!
The high ratings are all WOOD SPRING SUITES PAID POSTING BY BOTS AND EMPLOYEES WHICH IS A DISGUSTING TO LIE ABOUT A HORRIBLE PLACE PUTTING PEOPLE/FAMILIES/CHILDREN AT RISK should be a SERIOUS CRIME AND THEY SHOULD BE SUED OUT OF EXISTENCE. PUTTING OUT FAKE REVIEWS JUST SHOWS HOW LOW A COMPANY WILL GO TO HIDE ITS FAILINGS AND DISHONESTY TO MAKE A BUCK.
ITS A SHAME FOR PEOPLE TO BE FOOLED BY FAKE REVIEWS!

This is a honest REAL WORLD review not a Paid Reviewer or Employee posting Fraudulent Fake reviews! .THEY TRIED TO BLACKMAIL ME TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE OR GET CHARGED $250.00 DAMAGE!!!!! SAD PLACE!! GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL STAFF WRITING THE BS..BEWARE!! Staff trying to break in your rooms all the time.. early AM etc no reason bypassing deadbolt.. the only thing that stopped them was a security bar..even then they kicked the door several times i yelled police and called 911 they left. Strange peeps everywhere knocking on doors 3am etc
Constant Toxic Fumes/Paint Overhaul/Maintenance making parking lot ..your room unusable windows covered..no excuses,no refunds constant chaosPuke in stairways constant police, fire-dept daily alarms..elevator stuck people trapped!!!! Problematic Battered Spouse Hotel Wife/Husband/Children fighting with screams.. police on scene all night. Dirty people filling every door way smoking like meth heads!
There is smoking on one floor that smokes up every room in the place and will make you sick.There are more and worse things i cannot write on here but, u should get the picture of a meth head trailer park from hell.!!response / report this review -

This location is one of the best Wood Spring Suites that I have stayed at. From the Manager to all the house keepers. Everyone is professional and as helpful as possible. The hotel is very clean and the maintenance is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers with in minutes. The Value is 5 stars.

Rude and unaccommodating staff. Horrible mattress. Was also bitten by a bug on my ankle while sleeping. Splurge a few dollars and go somewhere worthwhile! This place is a mess.

No Security! Big Turnover! Never ever heard of or experienced a more noisy worse place full of smokers and interstate noise and jets and jet noise 24/7 blowing the roof off and unbelievable broken room doors slamming closed like explosions or earthquakes that will make your stay miserable! Dogs barking and small children running all over the place unsupervised @ all hours knocking on doors! No security! Front Desk limited hours Closed Nights! 2 fires hotel flooded twice in 2 months from sprinklers..rooms not repaired guest complain of mold. Could not get clean towels! Sheets towels stained! The traffic and atmosphere is definitely day worker low rent.

Neg STARS!! STAY AWAY!! Refugee illegal alien hotel! Was threatening with law suit if i gave bad review and would be kicked out of hotel and no refund from corporate office!!! Constant threats to tow your car if it sits for 1 day by retard mgmt .that is pissed off they are miserable scum bags working for chump change and have NO LIFE!!
They really go to great lengths to bribe you to offer phony good reviews for freebies etc.. because they are SO BAD!! Don't believe ANY GOOD REVIEWS!! The Places Makes Section 8 housing LOOK GOOD!!
Lost power no lights no ventilation.almost died in heat 120deg inside no windows to open in july for 2 days no help desk closed! Fires from crack heads hotel shutdown all day and 1 floor flooded!! ANTS..Roaches!! Stained Sheets and Towels!! Babies crying from migrant refugees and illegals all day and all night!! Domestic Abuse Fights screaming all night Police on scene every night!! Need ICE or Border Patrol! Sketchy people running around all night! The worst chain smoker junky place ever! They can't get anyone to work there for a week! Ants,Roaches random charges,deposits,taxes scan you drivers license,credit cards everything cost extra like toilet paper,soap etc. Low class place,chain smokers all over smoke comes in every room even non-smoking rooms! Extra Charges with no reason! The rooms are so noisy u hear everything top bottom sides like it build out of paper!! Doors slam like earthquakes up and down the hall!! Its definitely a refugee government assistance place ! Cheap bed thin mattress no box spring!
