I met someone who was staying at Somerset Inn for dinner and drinks at the bar. It was easy to find and there was plenty of room for parking. Our meal was good but nothing special.

The hospitality is great, the staff are wonderful associates. The service is awesome. I would surely recommend this hotel. 5 star rating.

I gave this hotel 3 stars because of the fact that it was clean and the breakfast was great and complimentary.

The problems I had with it was the fact that there was no water available anywhere. I woke up thirsty, there was no water in the room, none on the floor, the so called “24 hour” convenient store was closed and no one was available at the front desk. I find that outrageous. They could at least have a vending machine to use.

I also had a problem with my bill at check out which was strange because I was only there literally one night.

Everything seemed fine here. Quick check-in and out. I didn't really stay too long, just for the night while in town for a work event. But it got the job done.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site is very good and there are other dining options within walking distance.

Entering the room you would first find the bathroom to you right. Behind the opened door is the closet where you will find the iron, ironing board and clothes cleaner forms with bags. Beyond the closet and bathroom you will find the the bed to your right. It is a nice bed with the choice of firm pillow or soft pillow. On the night stand on the right of the bed is an alarm clock and lamp with a socket at the base. The tv is nice, but not the best use of a room. The view is excellent overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast was pleasing and the service was prompt, cordial and correcr in taking my order.

Magical. We held a masquerade ball at the Inn and everything was totally perfect. I've never had service like it everyone we encountered went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was cooked to perfection the Filet, exquisite and the Salmon melted in your mouth.
If looking for a banquet hall, hotel or both I wouldn't look any farther than Somerset Inn.

Was at the Somerset Inn for a conference for work. The facility was really nice, very aesthetically pleasing and the food catered for the event was really good/well prepared. Staff was very pleasant/friendly. Have attended other events here as well, and the experience has always been good. Would recommend!

Second time I've stayed here. It's really a hit or miss. The first time was pleasant enough, but the second has left me quite agitated. When i first checked in there was a mess up with my reservation. I stood in the lobby for at least 20 minutes trying to get things figured out while they charged my card $90 for incidentals. You realize that's over half of what you pay for one night's stay? I don't care if the charge "just drops off" as I was told. The staff assisting me made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The walls are paper thin, so every time the occupant in the room next door got up to use the bathroom I could hear them. My last complaint, for now, is whoever was in here last set the alarm on the radio for midnight. It woke me up from a dead sleep not once, but twice because I couldn't figure how to shut it off. I will avoid staying here again if at all possible.

The rooms are a good size and are well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. The crumpet restaurant is a classy place to have a nice and healthy meal. The only down part would be the fitness center, it's rather small and barely supplied with fitness essentials. Overall I give 4*s.
