Very big rooms, actually those are suites.
Personal is kind and helpful. Breakfast is nice, yet it is missing vegetables.

I was there for a staff Christmas party in one of the event rooms. The space was secluded and any lobby noise was not heard during our event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel staff is really friendly. The breakfast is really good and fresh. The on-site gym is clean and there different machines and weights to use. The only issue I have with the hotel is the decor is old. If the hotel had a makeover and was more modern that would for sure make it a 5 star. Overall it’s a good hotel.

Room was clean. Walls are thin. I heard my neighbors conversations nightly. Staff was very courteous and professional. Overall I was a great place to stay.

I had a great stay. The front desk clerks were extremely helpful and friendly. The place was always clean. I appreciated that the fitness room had weightlifting equipment in addition to the treadmills. I also liked that they had a full hot breakfast bar and free drinks and snacks in the evening. Definitely coming back.

Great service, complimentary drinks (*3 per drinking age guest). Loved the pool, which was open to midnight. Amazing free breakfast. Dining on-site. The hotel experience was so great, we are hunting for things in the area to visit again.

Love embassy suites and this one has the best service of any we have ever stayed at! We have a large family with 6 kids so the 2 room suite is always fantastic. Everyone that works at this location seems to really care that you are happy. The pool area could use a face lift but it was clean and the kids loved it. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the hotel for my son's hockey tournament. We were overall generally pleased with the hotel. Rooms were perfect for a small family and clean. The free breakfast was awesome and much better than I expected. Lots of choices! My only complaints were the smell of the room and elevators and only two working elevators. The carpet in the room had been cleaned or treated with a freshener than barely covered some kind of musty smell. It may be time to replace the carpet. Ditto for the elevators. One of the three elevators as out of service, which made for long waits. Part of the problem was all of the hockey, dance, and softball kids playing around in the elevators (which the hotel has no control over) BUT it would had been smart to make sure all elevators were in working order before such a busy weekend when the hotel would be booked. Overall we would be happy to stay here again for another tournament.

The property is located in a relatively good area. The area is mostly commercial office buildings. There is an area that has a few restaurants and it is within walking distance. The interior of the property is very clean. The decor is slightly dated; however, everything is well maintained. The room is very spacious. As I mentioned, the decor (furniture) is datedbut everything was in great condition. I loved the layout of the rooms. I enjoyed my stay and would select the property again.

Attended a Dinner Detective show, which was fun. Food was good and better than I generally expected. 3 free drinks per person at the evening reception as part of our overnight stay, as well as a nice hot breakfast Mostly buffet, but made to order omelets are always a good option. Only complaint was that our room (212) smelled heavily of chlorine due to the proximity of the pool.

Easy to find location and off the road a bit which cuts down road noise. Beautiful hotel and nicely laid out inside. Beautiful rooms and quite roomy. Front desk was kind and helpful as was wait staff during breakfast. Breakfast is pretty standard, but still delicious. Overall, excellent hotel and would happily stay at it again

The check in was a little slow, however the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and welcoming once she did check us in. Although, we didn't eat in the restaurant, the view of it was great. It seems very modern and updated. The room was a nice size, however I'd agree with several other reviews that they could use some updates. The bathrooms don't have vents and there is considerable paint peeling in the bathroom area. Our bed comforter had a huge stain on it. I'm not even sure how they could give that to a guest. Room service was excellent. The food was a lot better than I've experienced in the past at other hotels. There was a loud group of rowdy neighbors next door to us that were hitting the wall, laughing extremely loud and slamming doors which made the experience a little less relaxing. In ending, we would consider staying here again because of the practical price tag, but it probably wouldn't be our first choice.
