It's located in a not so safe area but the hotel overall is nice. The room I stayed in had a refrigerator but no microwave. Breakfast did not have made to order omelets as other Hyatts.
Was in area for a funeral. 4 rooms. 13 family members. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating.
Overall, we had a good experience. The rooms were clean although, some of the wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom. We could clearly hear voices coming down the hall. We left the fan on all night which helped to drown out the noises. All in all though, we had a nice stay.
Good breakfast, breakfast is from 6:30-9:30 but I stay for entire month and breakfast wasn't ready at 6:30 always at 6:45 thats terrible to show some schedule and never respect this times!.. missing indoor pool or at least hot tub other than that As any other hotel.!
We had a group event at Hyatt last week and it went great! All of our guests enjoyed their stay. This place provided great customer experiences. Most important, I want to say THANK YOU to the supervisor Chris. He is AWESOME!!!
I just stopped by to visit a friend and shuttle to the Rangers. The cucumber water up front was refreshing. We went to a suite when visiting, and the rooms seemed nice.
We stayed a night to attend the ESL CS:GO Pro LEAGUE Finals at the Verizon Theater. The hotel was conveniently located near a lot of the Arlington/Grand Prairie attractions. The road leading to the hotel could use a little more signage as they are not main roads. Hotel offers free breakfast and free parking, which is a plus in that area. It also provides free shuttle to DFW Airport and has advertised that they provide free shuttle as well to attractions within a "5-mile radius", but don't count on it taking you to the Lone Star Park or the Verizon Theater because apparently the routes take longer than 5 miles Other than that, our stay was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable.
Nice Hotel, the rooms need to have a bigger long mirror
The guy on the front desk with a red jersey was rude ignored me when I came in He saw me and knew I was lost and he even say hi or ask if I needed help! when he was helping me with the check in he barely talk. Poor Customer Services from him BUT The lady who drives the shuttle was awesome!!
Nicely maintained hotel with friendly staff and breakfast buffet for guests. Only issue with this place is location. The hotel is situated in an industrial park so it's quiet at night. And, it's a short drive to six flags but only has a gas station nearby and some mom/pop fast food places to eat within walking distance. No super markets, pharmacy stores, or nicer places to eat unless you drive a few miles away from the hotel.
Nice hotel, good service, nice price. close to six flags. Pretty good free breakfast. Overall good stay. I would stay here again
I've stayed in hundreds of hotels as a working professional and I must say, after awhile you really get a feel for what matters most, and that is (without question) the servicing staff. My other half and I were met by a very courteous and professional front desk. We mentioned that we happened to be in town for an event and that it was my birthday and the manager assured we were given the best available room. We had no problem with the facilities. Our room had a king sized bed with a full sized couch in a separate little living area. My favorite part about the room was the restroom. It had a large showerhead with great pressure. The hotel opted to leave out the bathtub in this room, so it was just one large shower with a sliding glass door. Actually was extremely convenient if a couple wants to shower together without having to worry about stepping all over each other or a shower curtain sticking to you. The continental breakfast was provided with our stay. It wasn't terrible. Definitely could have had a bit more variety, maybe a waffle maker and more creative options. The pancakes were oddly crispy and not worth even messing with. Other than the inadequate breakfast, I would recommend without question.
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The time window for breakfast was reasonable, and the food was pretty good. I enjoyed my stay and will return if I visit the Grand Prairie area again. ^^
Decent enough hotel for a short stay. Looks like the lobby was recently remodeled. Room was updated at one pointwell everything but the bathroom. Shower drain was plugged up and turned a 3 minute shower into a full on bath. Mentioned this to staff who said they would look at it, still ended up taking shower-baths the whole time. Breakfast was free and delicious! Would possibly stay again.
I can't speak personally for staying at this property, I can however rave about how accommodating and wonderful the staff is. My parents recently stayed there, and I wanted to surprise them with a welcome gift to be set in their room upon arrival. I spoke with Lynn weeks ago, and then days leading up to their arrival. She put together a beautiful Dallas and Cowboys themed basket along with some goodies. Additionally, she texted me photos of the basket and checked in after their stay. They loved it and were so surprised! Lynn went above and beyond and customer service was top notch. If ever I'm in Dallas, I will be staying at this property for sure based on this wonderful experience.
