This hotel is absolutely disgusting! First room had roaches, we requested a new room and recived the keys. We had to leave for the football game and upon our return the new room had roaches!
We then decided to drive 4 hours back to Houston rather than stay in this nasty hotel. The hotel then stated they could only give us a 10% refund. Please tell everyone you know, to NEVER patronize this place.
I would choose 0 stars but you can not.

If I could give this location zero stars I would absolutely do so. Although it is a nice building, there is one staff member there by the name of Omar he ruins the entire process and stay. Omar states he is the front desk manager, I'm not sure if that is true but if he is, that is simply unfortunate and simply insane. Omar lack customer service skills and knowledge of the business. He becomes upset if you ask for a manager above him, he becomes rude and irate. Omar ruins the stay before it begins. I do hope the other locations do not have individuals like Omar as not only the face of their location as he is stationed at the front desk but also as apart of their management crew as it definitely can ruin the business. Another customer claimed they witnessed Omar lie about another issue although there were witnesses. If you want an to experience an easy, respectful, polite process and stay this is definitely not the location unless you come in when Omar is not there as I did find the other staff courteous. However, Omar seems to always be there. STAY AWAY..

I wanted to give this place ZERO STARS but I couldn't. The absolute worst place a person could stay. My family and I were there less than an hour before we called the front desk and asked for a refund. The room was INFESTED with roaches. There were people outside fighting when we left, a drug deal taking place when we arrived. The room was not clean, the bed covers were the thinnest I have ever seen. We were afraid to sit on or touch anything. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is worse than you can imagine and PLEASE don't let the nice lobby fool you.

Do not stay here. The place looks nice in the front but it's sketchy as heck in the back. The outside door to get into the hallways was busted open. Usually a good place will require the key card. The room we stayed in had roaches. Saw one as soon as we sat on the bed. Then one feel on my son later that night. During the night I went to the sitting room to plug in my boys phones, while there I felt something crawl on my leg. I thought it was the cord at first but when I looked down I saw the bug crawl under the cabinet. I had literally been next to it for 10 seconds.
The a.c., first the vent would close so I had to out something in front of it to keep it closed. But the most annoying part was the sound it made the whole time. I'm all for listening to a.c.s and fans run as background noise for me to sleep to but this was insane. I had to put on earphones and white noise to drown it out.
The blankets were so thin it felt like we were sleeping with a sheet and that was it. I like comforters when I sleep.
The restroom was okay but the bathtub leaked the whole time and not just a little leak a big one. The towels were nothing more than a step above sand paper. And they didn't even wrap around your body once.
This was supposed to be a no smoking room but it reeked of stale cigarettes and there was an old incense stick hanging on the bathroom wall. You would think housekeeping would take care of that stuff.
There was a sofa bed in our suite but they left no blankets for that. Also, we had to ask for batteries for the remote because out was empty upon arrival. The lock on the room door didn't turn from inside either.
We have stayed in various hotels before but this by far is the worse. And I mean from upscale classy hotels to the pay by the hour hotels and this was the most horrible to say the least.
Next time we visit Arlington we will just go back to the other hotel we are accustomed too. We chose here because of the space but next time I'll just get 2 rooms and get a good safe night's sleep.response / report this review -

The worst hotel stay in my life. Required a $50 CASH deposit for my pet which nobody mentioned prior to getting there. Then said my card was declined when I called customer service about it, yet I have the receipt from the ATM in their lobby at the time of check in. I saw the guy still scan my card and he said expedia required it . Remember this was a pet deposit. When I checked out they wouldn't give me my deposit back because I started my period and got some blood on my sheets. That had nothing to do with my dog. The guy at front desk put money in a separate envelope not in till. I was so upset that I did not realize until I left that my receipt did not show my pet fee or deposit anywhere. I worked LP for years and it appears they are taking cash deposits, then making up reasons to keep it and pocketing it rather than giving g it to the hotel. They refused to give me a name or contact info for the GM. I am. I later asked a friend
to call and pretend she was looking for a room. They tops her there was only a deposit for pets and we asked several people staying there and none without pets were charged deposits. They told me everyone paid orb. I am taking them to court and making sure the franchise knows they are stealing in addition the following. Problems

None of the security doors were lock to the outside
Lock on room door broken
No lamps OT lighting g.
Halls smell like alcohol and marijuana
Obvious drug dealing going on
Everything is trashy. Furniture, linens, walls, doors, halls
Furniture with body fluids or something and a mattress thr own in community area
Dog poop. EVERYWHERE
Can't watch TV in behalf. C
Asked for late checkout (did not get there till 11pm) they said 11:30 and from 11:08 on someone was knocking on door every 5 asking when I would leave.
If I do not have them give me back my deposit and room i will be suing them. Don't care how much trouble it is. These bully's need some people to stand up to them. And especially when they are stealing from customers and the companyresponse / report this review -

Yeah, it's cheap. YEAH, IT'S CHEAP!! Don't stay here. That's it, just don't. We were there 10 minutes and were accused of smoking in the room and were informed we would be charged an extra $100. We had literally just gotten back from their outdoor smoking section and when we told the guy that, he said his cleaning crew could smell it. Never happened. What had happened when we arrived was one of us sprayed cologne in the room because there was a funny smell when we got there. The door literally wouldn't close or lock unless you slammed it, so forget about any security. The staff were unbelievably rude. A friend of mine was actually staying there in another room but was informed upon arrival that his room had been cancelled but he would still be charged. Luckily we had an air mattress with us and he stayed with us. We went to the front desk to ask for extra sheets and a pillow and the guy copped an attitude and said he couldn't help us and that there were people around the world with worse problems. Really crappy staff, although the lady who worked the day shift was nice. Really crappy building and rooms (very unclean). DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS EVERYTHING ELSE IS BOOKED AND YOU CAN'T FIND A SUITABLE TENT AT THE LOCAL ACADEMY!!!! I will be leaving reviews on every website i can think of about this place and have filed an inquiry with my credit card company. We go to the area every year for a group trip but will never stay here again and I will make sure that no one I know stays here.

This place was pretty mediocre. What I loved about it was
-the pull out couch
-lots of space
-sleeping area was semi seperate from the living area
-full sized fridge
-pots, pans, and utensils included
-quiet
What I didn't like was the staff being very rude and snarky, I had asked if I could get some sheets for the pull out couch bed and was told I was lucky to even have a pullout because they don't advertise them anymore.
The key readers in the door was HORRIBLE, it took us and where between 4-15 swipes for it to read and unlock the door, yes I counted.
The windows had to be fought with to lock.
The entrance looked immaculate but literally as soon as you start walking towards the rooms it's looks like they spent all their money on the front.
This place would be a lot better if they gave the rooms some TLCresponse / report this review -

I really wish I could get it a zero star rating!!
No question here, just stopped by to say this is a sad excuse for someone to stay. Lights don't work, switches broken, entire building smells like weed. Mold in the shower, dead and alive roaches!! Dented fridge, broken drawers. This was suppose to be a place that I come to cause my house us actually in Houston and we were affect by Huricane Harvey. I spoke with a rude employee at the front that said we are on our own. This is horrible and I would never come back again. They have refused to get any kind of refund but we hope to leave soon!response / report this review -

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the inside looked. I have driven past this location several times. The neighboring apt complex made me frown upon the location. I was however forced to book here due to no other rooms being available nearby. I was completely surprised upon entering the lobby and even more surprised once I entered the room. I have now recommended this location to others. I love the size of the rooms and the decor reminds me of some of my stays at international hotels. Nice job!

Smelled like strong cleaning chemicals when I got to my room 20 minutes after check in time had officially started. Keys were all wrong, and didn't work. Luckily a cleaning lady was there, and I asked her for help. Very helpful. She got the floor manager, and she got me a new set of keys that actually worked. Rest of the time, it was good. Issues would be getting a different type of soap, soap felt a little sticky. Luckily brought my own. Also there was a guest who was clearly drunk out in the hallways. Around 11:30pm, came back from a night on the town, the door to the corridor where my room was located was unlocked, did not need a keycard to open it.

The room was supposed to be a suite The toilet had no water and there was some kind of bug (not a bed bug) that bit me twice. The living/kitchen area had 1 recessed light that was so dim you couldn't tell it was on All of that and when I showed video of the toilet not working and the bug that not me They didn't even offer to take part of the cost off. I think we should have been comped All I got was thanks ill tell maintenance This place sucks

The hotel staff was amazing. If I could rate only customer service this place would get 5 stars. The front lobby is absolutely beautiful and is quite deceiving on what the rest of the hotel looks like. For a renovated place it's decent. The rooms weren't half bad. The hallways reminded me of a downtown New York apartment building on the verge of being condemned. My non smoking room was in a hallway of smokers and when I came back that night the whole hallway smelled of marijuana. Needless to say I quickly checked out and went somewhere else. If you're looking for a place to waste your hard earned money on a room and still feel like you're living in the slums then this is the place for you. No complaints on the staff or customer service just the hotel itself.

When I arrived I had reservations about staying there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and made to feel right at home. They were under construction and they upgraded me to a suite to make up for any noise I might hear. The rooms are spacious, bright and very clean!! I would recommend Studio 6, Infack I look forward to returning.

The room we stayed in worked for my husband and I, but I think we might be more flexible than others The walls are thin and we could here some poor woman next to us having like a mental break down, like every single word she said until about 2 am. The room smelled like maybe a cat lived in there for a long time The staff was friendly and prices weren't bad, but not the cleanest place we have ever stayed. We were in town for the playoffs so we were only there for 3 nights.
