I was in the hotel for some days with my husband and my stay was great, the rooms were comfortable and Anjana at the front desk was so friendly and nice to us, we definitely going back!

Friendly staff, nice and clean facility. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool, hot tub and exercise room were out of commission my entire stay.

The staff, location, and cleanliness of the room is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located to several food options in walking distance. I was happy to see Luby's!

I was impressed with the outside appearance of the hotel as it looks very new. The lobby was impressive and smelled very clean when we entered. I reserved two rooms - one with double queen beds and one with a king, but got two double queen rooms but this wasn't an issue so no harm no foul.

The rooms were decent and the AC was temp controlled on the wall rather than the ac unit itself which was nice (they seem to be more effective this way). After waking the first morning, I noticed black mold in the bathroom. Not in a small, dark corner on the floor, but right there in the middle of the wall near the light fixture! This mold was probably there because there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so all the steam just builds up and has no release. I was very disappointed with the mold situation, but didn't have time or energy to deal with it at the hotel level (I was in town 72 hours for a wedding) so my plan was to deal with it later.

Also, the door to the hallway wasn't sealed, so light all around the door peeked into the room - again not a big deal - except for when a bunch of families decided to run back and forth yelling at the top of their lungs at 11:30 at night.

The fridge smelled of old take-out and the carpet was pretty nasty looking, but the beds were decent, and sheets and towels seemed clean. I wanted to really love this place, as I almost exclusively stay at BW Plus, but I'm thinking I'm going to have to rethink that decision based on this stay alone.

In my opinion, black mold is never ok and very dangerous for guests. I will be reaching out to corporate to follow up.

Reservation made on line. Very convenient and easy process. As soon as I walked into the room I noticed crumbs on the floor which indicated that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned and a smell that was not pleasant. My stay was only for a few nights so I didn't even bother with making a call for housekeeping. That was just the beginning. I opened the fridge to put a drink inside that I had brought with me and there were left overs inside from a previous guest, the ice bucket was filled with water from what I presume to be a previous guest's ice. The sheets had not been changed either. Still, I did not complain.

At approximately 12 midnight while laying in bed I saw something I could no longer ignore. A BED BUG crawling across the pillow. I called down to the front desk and the attendant told me to take a picture. I said "and then what?" He says "I guess I can move you to another room if you want". Of course I want another room. I begin to pack the room to make the move. A few minutes later I hear a knock on the door and it's the attendant who has come to investigate. He takes a look at the bug and walks out without saying a word. I continue packing and then go down to get the key to the new room at which time he tells me that they won't have a room to move me to until check out in the morning. At this point I am furious but I just say ok and wait until morning. At around 9 am I call down to the front desk. I am told that they don't have anything to move me to but they will let me know. I then make the decision that I am done. I will say that they gave me no issue with the requested refund and the lady I spoke to who agreed to the refund was very apologetic and very kind. The male from the previous evening was very unconcerned!
I have stayed in many BW hotels and I have never been so disappointed.

I have stayed in this motel several times in the last two years and paid cash every time I put my card on file for incidental with no charge but I go there tonight and they say I have to put a 150 dollar deposit up for the room plus pay 101.69 just to stay there 10 hours and over all the times I have stayed I have prolly spent 5000 dollars or more here I did highly recommend this motel but after the scrappy service tonight by the guy named Jerry I won't be back my business is now right down the road at laquinta inn I will never go back to this motel they lost my business for good

Good location as far as getting in and off the freeway neighborhood a little rough, bed was super comfy! Nice hotel, would stay again.

Only complaint is water pressure was really bad in the shower.

Arrived late and attendant had my reservation ready. Was offered a snack and then given instructions to my room. Excellent clean room and comfortable bed. Good nights sleep and had a great breakfast before departing.

The people who work here are really nice and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. The internet worked pretty well and the breakfast was good, but I only eat the waffles gotta love them. The only complaint I could have is the walls are really thin so we could hear the people in the hallway and the adjacent room clearly, so if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a fan along.

Everything is what you would expect from a Best Western which is my preferred hotel chain. This particular location only gets 3 stars from me because the AC unit is right next the bed so half of the bed is very cold or would have been very hot if the heat was on. This is the only place I've stayed that had that issue. Everything else was great, but I probably wouldn't stay here again for that reason.

Nice hotel, great staff. Breakfast was very Good, always hot tea or coffee. Hot tub was awesome! Gym was good. Missing a set of dumbbells, also would be great to have a few mats or kettle bells too.

This is a great hotel. My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights traveling from North Carolina and it was great. They have delicious complimentary breakfast and there are alot of restaurants around. The employees are nice and always willing to help. The rooms are huge and all the beds are comfortable. Everything is so clean and the hotel smells great. Driving an 16 foot moving truck with a car carrier, I was looking for enough parking.Their is plenty of parking space. They are pet friendly and that helped us alot. We are pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay at the Best Western Inn, room was very nice, bed was great very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Only bad thing was the shower head in our room was squirting water up on the wall, shower head needed to be tightened and some plumbers tape applied.

I stayed in this hotel several months ago. The front desk gal was super, always asking how my day went. The manager, Jonathon.. I told him about a package that was delivered that I did not receive. They found my package but it was in a locked office. I tried every day to get this, finally on the day before I was checking out the manager was contacted, on her cell phone, on her day off about the package. She advised she would be in that day and get it for me. I checked out on sunday, never got my package. Left my address to send it to me. Didn't receive it. I called, spoke to Jonathon, again gave my address, still have not gotten my package. Finally, after 2 months I have contacted corporate who advised me that Jonathon said the package had no name on it, and that was why I never got it. Funny, Jonathon because you were asked about it for the 10 days that I stayed there. Now I'm told I need to call him, again to give him my address. I think not. At this time I will consider my package stolen. Also, the blood in the elevator was disgusting, the homeless people sleeping in the field across from the hotel was scary and I was put in a handicap room, for no reason, which had a burned out bulb in the bathroom, that never got replaced my whole stay. This was a company booking or I would have checked out a lot earlier. Shame on you Jonathon and whoever the female manager is that never got my package out of her locked office. Thank you to the little gal who tried every day to get my package, she was a ray of sunshine.
