Room is spacious and clean with a fridge. Staff is polite and assisted us with anything we asked for. The breakfast was more than just cereal and milk. It had sausage, eggs, hasbrowns, fruit tarts and a variety of drink options. A good way to start off the day.

Great stay at the hotel. Had a small problem with my original room but was given an upgrade. Very professional and great service.

New facility? Great location. Lovely front desk staff. Dirty sheets. Dirty floor. Smelly rooms. It just does not add up. What is the problem?

Semi modern design. New building feel. Great key card system. Would expect a lot less for the price.

Very clean place, the staff were very nice and respectful. They made sure we were comfortable. Anything you needed the receptionist would do their best to help you. Mrs. Susan and the other receptionist were so nice and polite. Excellent place to stay

My family stayed here 3 nights while in town for a Cowboys game. All of the staff were very friendly. The entire place was always clean and the free breakfast was good with plenty of options. The beds were comfortable. The girl who checked us both in and out was super, even went out of her way to get my autistic grandson a bowl of cereal even though we had slept past breakfast hours. The snack shop was nice to have available at all times and having walmart within walking distance was an added bonus. I can't recommend this place enough! This will be our hotel from now on every time we visit the area. Don't waste your money anywhere else, stay here and relax.

I stayed at this location because the last time I was there, the breakfast was good. That was not the case this trip. The choices were awful and it was empty on some selections. It was not maintained and I never saw anybody attend to the breakfast area. Also, was very uncomfortable with some of the guest. On one day, there were 7 police cars outside of the hotel. People were smoking outside of the entrance and in the pool area. I will never come back to this location. Very disappointed.

The hotel was quite nice. It had a pleasant, modern vibe with clean rooms and nice showers. I was able to stream videos on the WiFi in HD with minimal loading times. The free continental breakfast was standard for the price level. Staff was polite as well.

Nice, clean hotel as expected. However, their breakfast was understaffed, mismanaged, and impolite. With the literally thousands of other choices in the DFW area, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were large and clean. This location also had an available coin-op laundry, exercise room with a few treadmills and free weights, a public access desktop computer, and a good hot breakfast. Also about a block from a Sam's Club and Wal-Mart and various fast food restaurants.

I've always had a very pleasant stay at this hotel numerous times previous without fault whenever passing through the DFW area until February 28, 2017. The hotel itself is much of what you would expect for La Quinta in their class rating.
My dissolution comes from having my 2015 Ford F150 King Ranch Platinum Edition Truck burglarized and vandalized. Personal items stolen and strewn about the parking lot.
It took UPPER management the better of two and a half hours to #1. Acknowledge me as their guest whom had been violated. 2. Never gave me the "option" to view the "POOR/GRAINY" video surveillance of the vandalism/burglary (The officer who took the report stated that the video surveillance was "POOR/GRAINY and of no use to them in identifying the suspects in question. At best he could only tell that the suspects drove into the parking lot in a mid-sized tan import truck. Dropped off one of the suspects who was dressed in all black, wearing a hoodie and gloves to do the vandalism and momentarily returning to pick him/her up thus escaping the scene".) 3. I had to call the police department again MYSELF after two and a half hours of waiting for an officer to arrive. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNAGE posted about the hotel not being RESPONSIBLE FOR anything happening to your vehicle while on their PRIVATE PROPERTY. 4. Hotel MANAGEMENT or STAFF DID NOT caution or warn of PREVIOUS burglaries happening recently. (10 within this past weeks of business) I reckon if they were to inform possible guests it would be bad for business.
The only consolation we received was a refund for our room and apologies for our troubles.
My recommendations for anyone would be as follows: Yes the rooms are clean and comfortable despite the highway noise from the interstate. The water pressure is very low. The elevator is also VERY slow. The breakfast is what one would expect. You can hear other guests passage through the hallways and corridor's. The receptionist is as pleasant as can be, she just doesn't have the authority to be of any assistance in a "crisis/burglary" situation. The only thing you will hear after unintentionally becoming a victim is "I'm waiting for my General Mgr. to arrive", "My manager is viewing the video", & "I'm so sorry for your inconvenience."

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Clean and modern. Staff was helpful. We were able to keep our pet with no fee, however the room was pricey for overnight. Comfy beds. Offered a free breakfast but couldn't enjoy it since it was the weekend and it wasn't served until 7am. We needed to be on the road at 5:30. If I could change anything that would be it. Staff helped us to find places to eat and let us know how close we were to the Cowboy stadium. Would stay again.
