Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Very clean rooms and facilities, as well as friendly and helpful staff.

Website States airport shuttle available. When you call to reserve it they say there is no shuttle between 10am and 5pm. What a rip-off! And the worst part they refuse to make one available during those times regardless of how far in advance you try to book it, I was told if that is not acceptable to stay somewhere else. Really? Stay somewhere else? Ok I will take my refund please.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I've been a loyal customer of Super 8 for years, but my experience at this location was horrible. No regard for the number one rule of business. CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID THIS LOCATION. Damn near any other experience, at any other establishment, would be welcomed! Just ludicrous.

Be careful of this place. Tries to make employees sign a waiver stating that they will take cash for overtime hours and not get time and a half. If you don't you will get fired

Clean rooms and plenty big enough for two. Misty on the desk is very helpful and friendly, unfortunately the morning receptionist didn't even offer a grunt of recognition or reply. Would recommend to other travellers if their needs are same as ours, somewhere to shower and sleep whilst on a road trip.

No hot water in shower ,two different rooms. But super hot water at sink. I guess they dont want you taking long showers. Had to wash hair in sink. This is what you can look forward to after a long day and flight delays.

Great rooms well-appointed and modern. If only the desk staff had bothered to tell the shuttle driver to pick us up at the airport after telling us where to wait. So we waited. And waited. NOT cool. They wouldn't reimburse us for the Lyft after their error either.

Thanks to Misty who got me the room I needed after being stranded from my flight. Very kind even in the wee hours of the night! Their shuttle service has a wonderful girl (Jessica) who went above and beyond to get me wheelchair assistance at the airport and make sure I got there on time! The guy in the morning even helped me get prepared for a meeting by printing off a document for me in a rush! This is by far the friendliest and cleanest Super8 I've ever been to!

I've stayed in every Super 8 between Irving and west Fort Worth..This Super 8 in Bedford is the nicest one to date! The staff is so nice that you don't want to leave. They are very accommodating, thoughtful, Informative(you don't even have to ask, they already know what questions are asked the most) and they extremely pleasant even on the phone! Everything in the room worked, there wasn't a problem with a single thing! It was absolutely perfect. They don't constantly knock on your door two hours before check out. If you need a little extra time to get your stuff loaded, they give it to you, no problem, and even offer to help! Coffee was always fresh even during the day. The breakfast was nice and fresh, the staff never let one thing go empty to where you had to ask, they already had refills there. It's not swim season yet and the pool was even sparkling clean! The rooms were very clean and neat. A/C worked amazingly, shower pressure was perfect and there was fresh smelling clean towels, hand towels and wash towels. Nice big mirror to stand in front of to get dressed and put your make-up on. If I ever need to live in a hotel that is where I would go! The landscaping outside is even beautiful! I literally can't wait till my next hotel stay so I can stay at this Super 8 in Bedford! 😄

I went to visit family. I went almost everyday for a week. There is a older woman who sits in her wheelchair in the lobby mean mugging everyone who walks in the door. Not sure if she lives there or what, but she is RUDE! I have said Hi to her politely and smiled and she just looks pissed and gives me a " go to hell look" It isn't a huge deal but probably not good for business.

Very well kept and friendly staff! The Morning Manager, Joni, makes you feel like family! It is a nice place to stay! The night front desk people, including Misty & Shaun are AMAZING! We would definitely stay here again!

American Airlines got me a room and called to get me a shuttle at 11:00pm.
I called the hotel at 12:00 to see if it was still coming. The front desk assured me I would be picked up. They even took my cell phone number so the driver could call me.
At 1:00am I called again and they told me the shuttle stops at midnight, and that I should get a cab.
Are you kidding?
Completely worthless human beings.

The rooms were ok, and the staff at the desk was pretty new. The part that I loved was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I had to use a room because my fought was canceled and the drivers of the shuttles both there and back were very friendly and upbeat which helped me forget about how frustrated I was en route. The wake up call was punctual as was the shuttle leaving in the morning. Which made it an all around decent stay for the purpose it served.
