Again I'm giving 5 stars to all the non smoker that smell cigs trust me I'm to scare to smoke in rooms my husband is over the road truck driver but he's one of the clean truck drivers lol yes he's a known smoker hates smoke no smoking in our rig either he's a clean freak but ling here off and on for the last 9years several Christmas ,new Years ,new managers we. Even seen the springwood suites being built so we know this property like the back of our hands in other words .
Now I maybe wrong I think they stop all smoking in rooms somewhere around 2 years ago ,and we we're (smokers )at one time only allow 3floor so to all known smokers hint first they have done a wonderful job of cleaning hotel up thank y'all so much I feel alot safer while my husband must stay rolling I have to stay here which I don't mind at all my husband will tell u as we enter hotel he lucky never smelt smoking .We r very impressed with everything and like always wonderful stay if I'm happy my husband and everybody else is happy I have been at other extended stay and told everyone at last hotel treated horrible I compare them to hear And some few nice words and had to leave property but I wasn't affraid to tell them compare here they wasn't up to standards finnally do to my health got that bad I had to leave now I'm back here again we've been treated with up most respect they really try to keep everybody happy but there again I think Tim I just won't to let you know that u get what u pay for pay not saying it's bad I have a corner suite deluxe I love it but alot of us live here and not like 2,years ago I believe it was nice but they were asking almost if I'm right my husband said almost over 2000.00 a mth now it's a lil cheaper but it cute resonasable prices and so far we can't find nothing to complain of except the elevators and a lil more light ,security purposes for us smokers,,,
Even though we believe it still b smoking smoking rooms it's not but still not gonna change my mind r attitude about this extended to stay these other 2 hotels non-smoking run everybody nice peace of change so we r thankful what we do have at a great price also I if I get a vote still thank we need somebody 3rd shift safe reason problems like yesterday morning around 3am our coffee pot broke we did everything the signs told us to do and guess what I was very sad I couldn't get nobody to front but it is what it is I don't feel secure safe outside smoking that's the only besides elevator I have found to b a problem I love all y'all here there's a few great employees that still kicking it here from years ago it's nice to c faces u know o and the new manager is a sweetheart so far everybody been great like always enjoying our stay thank all y'all again they have drop prices alot but like ok all what all u do get for great price I cont to stay here u get what u pay for and more here even get oven u don't in other weekly hotels just 2 burners 4 burners here hey they provide coffee pot dishes the hole works I'm just loving here till we buy house I give y'all 5stars again thank y'all for everything hospital keep up great work now I'm gonna b fair I could stay with whytham hotels were we also get fancy everything weekly were r I'm a diamond member elite members Laquinta
Elite at sleep inn days inn but I choose here for all right reasons thanks for y'all time sorry so long but it's all do to great service how I'm treated and if I'm happy my husband he's happy everybody happy lol y'all have y'all self a Merry Christmas Happy New Year Come here to cele r to party!!!!!response / report this review -

Dreadful. The place reeks of smoke despite being a non-smoking hotel. They couldn't find my reservation even though I paid in advance. The room is decent and affordable, which is the only reason I stayed.

So far so good non smoking though at this time elevator broke but Tim advise Everybody of that good price for deluxe looks like a lil apartment we've stay at this hotel many times in last 10 years very clean to well fine out more tomorrow

Nice rooms with a small kitchen area. Pretty Comfortable and not far from downtown but I don't much care for the area or the construction work that's being done around area.

Staff was nice. Room was large. Bed was dirty. Hallways musty. Stairways smelled like rotting garbage. Not worth the money paid. look elsewhere.

The stay wasn't bad. The customer service was ridiculous. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone with them last month to round up our receipts, that were still never emailed to me, I just spend another 30 minutes on the phone with them, again. 20 of which I spent on hold, only to be transferred to a survey and then disconnected.

We stayed here while i was hurt and the place was nice and all except for the fact the floor was giving out under the ac unit. I slipped on the stairs comping from the pool area. I told the manager about it after i had gone to the hospital to have my ribs looked at and the manager didnt care but when my daughter got bit by some red ants they were all over it.

They gave my room to someone else, took 30 minutes to get it fixed, rooms are spacious but need updating and forget about watching television very few channels to choose from not even ESPN you get ESPN news instead. Lol.
