Every aspect of our visit was wonderful. Gorgeous rooms, easy remote check-in and check-out, prompt valet service with pickup through the app, and great breakfast service in the lobby. Every team member we encountered made us feel personally welcome, and our Gallery Host Keith gave us specialized recommendations of the neighborhood and the city. Can't wait to come and visit again!

Very clean and comfortable. The staff is awesome. I was here for four days. The shuttle driver, John was more than accommodating. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. This was probably my best experience visiting Chicago.

Beautiful hotel with very professional workers. It is in walking distance of most everything you would need. The lobby is large and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional. If you stay, prepare to spend some money. If you get a deal off of Priceline or similar websites, it will not include parking (I think it was $20 a night). But it's Chicago So you will probably pay for parking whenever you go. However, if you arrive in your carprepare to be completely lost and have no where to go. They are on a busy intersection with maybe two places to park on the side while you sprint to get all your stuff out of the car. It is not a good start to your stay to have to circle the block several times before squeezing in.

Stayed a single night in a king room. Largest and cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Great room at great rate. Staff were courteous and very helpful. I'll stay there every time I'm in Chicago.

We stayed her for 2 nights and i couldn't be more satisfied! The rooms were very nice, clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was incredible, very fast service and very polite! I will be returning 😊

Stayed in a 2 bed room with a couch that had a pull out bed. Slept 4 comfortably. Had a mini fridge and I liked the rolling chair. Plenty of space. It was clean without the smell that sometimes plagues hotels. Friendly staff. I can't think of any negatives to provide and I'm sure I am forgetting some of the good things but I would stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. The curtains let you make the room very dark and no random noises through the night. The A.C. in the room worked good too without blowing directly on the beds. Plenty of places near by to eat and a great ice cream fudge and candy place right across the street.

Superior service with responsive staff!! Our department held a meeting at this location and the service exceeded our expectations! Jody handled our catering order seamlessly and our out of town guest who stayed at the hotel all had positive experiences. This location gives people access to experience the south side of Chicago with convenience; which is hard to do on the south side. There’s an abundance of options for public transportation, food, and nightlife! The hotel offers FREE breakfast which was delish!! Along with our catered food for the meeting. Overall this hotel and staff should get raises immediately!!! More than a 5 star hotel!

Great location, great rooms. Proximity to UofC is unmatched, so many things to do in the vicinity! Service was amazing, they recommended JaGrille so make sure you go there too because the food was spectacular.

Very nice, modern hotel close to the university area. Ideal if you're coming for a conference to this part of town for example. The place is clean and staff was friendly. The neighboring streets have a few good restaurant options. Breakfast was simple but had all you need on offer (cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast etc). They seem to have a shuttle service for the neighboring area, but I did not make use of it.

Stayed Mar.5 to 9. COURTEOUS STAFF, spacious clean rooms, free breakfast, great location for universities, easy connection to transportation all over the city, free shuttle, free room Wi-Fi, variety of restaurants located in 1 block radius, movie theatre across the street. Please give me discount I would love to come back in the summer.

My room was quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful, getting me a breakfast plate one morning after the breakfast bar had closed. Also, they quickly delivered a functioning luggage rack when I indicated mine was broken.
