  This property is convenient to MDW, and I felt safe staying there, so it met base expectations. It fell short in having some unfriendly staff, a very uncomfortable mattress that was old and lumpy, and surprise that they charge for parking.

  The rooms were ok, nothing that really grabbed my attention but didn't repulse me either. I wish they were a little more updated though and modern. The only problem I had was the walls between the rooms were thin it seemed and poorly sound proofed, so I could hear the conversation in the room next to us along with the T.V. and the traffic that was outside. Luckily the fan was able too drown out some of the noise.

  Very easy to take the shuttle to/from Midway. Very convenient when going to/from the airport and the CTA orange line into the city. And everyone at the hotel is very nice and helpful.

  Check in was great! The toilet was constantly dripping all night. Everything besides that was great!

  I paid 340.00 for a 2 night stay,& after a 12 hour drive, I was given a king room that smelled damp & a slight smell of mold, when I spoke to the lady that checked me in, she started rudely that" there's no mold in our building" & told me that my only choice was to leave for a few hours and they would put a machine in to take our the smell, or down grade to a smaller room & bed at the same cost, due to that was the only rooms left & no refunds, so after feeling a bit homeless & feeling defeated with no options I went to the smaller room, which had a face towel to stop the broken shower head from shooting water everywhere, and needless to say I witnessed the same front desk lady selling a king room & a king suite twice during the day I checked in. Thanks for starting my much needed vacation off to a very bad start, If you have to treat friends& Family like that, don't offer it because it is not free. I'm a very hard working nursing care giver, & how we treat people makes all the difference. Thanks

  Great place for an overnight stay. Very convenient to Midway. We took the shuttle which runs every 20 min. They have a free breakfast buffet but no restaurant in the building. However, there is are a lot of good places to eat in the area including a couple famous Chicago pizza chains within 2 blocks. Staff was friendly and accommodating in the few interactions I had. I would stay here again.

  Friendly staff. Nice room. Decent breakfast. Convenient shuttles. Love all their outlets in the room come with USB ports. All booths in the dining area have power outlets.

  Everything was absolutely great. My plane was late so the airline had to put me up for the night, I was so excited to be at Fairfield.
  The breakfast was very very nicely done and very good.
  Everyone was very nice and helpful.
  Will sure stay again, and would recommend this place to my friends.
