My husband and I were looking to buy our first luxury car and found a great XT5 at Huston. Everyone here was so incredibly kind and respectful. The employees had nothing but the best things to say about working at the dealership and I like that it is a family run business. As most transactions anymore, a few issues came up with the transactions, but what I find most impressive is that owner, Dave Huston made sure that all issues were resolved to our liking himself personally. Things happen but what is important is how these things get resolved. We will definitely be returning to Huston for our future car needs!

Great experience: Sean Monahan and the staff at Huston Motors made trading in and purchasing my truck easier than I imagined.
2 hours after arrival I drove home with the vehicle of my choice. All were pleasant and affable but professionally focused on my needs. I really endorse their business.

Worst experience ever! Buyer beware completely unwilling to meet me halfway with negotiations and I had credit approval. For 2k let me walk off the lot. To add insult to injury I am a repeat customer. Now they've lost a sale and my business from the service dept. Very disappointed in the way they do business!!!

I leased a 2017 Buick LaCrosse from Huston Cadillac Buick last week, and it was a very pleasing experience. There were no high pressure tactics, and I was offered choices that were appropriate for me. The salesman, Sean Monahan, was extremely pleasant and did a great job of explaining everything about the vehicle. He even came to my house to program the garage door opener for me which was greatly appreciated. I had never dealt with this dealership before, but I definitely will continue to use their services in the future.
