  Genuinely like this store. Cashiers are always very friendly. The store is set up nicely. Sometimes it can be difficult to find something, but staff is helpful when you ask.

  I have been to many Publix stores for the deli and sub department and oftentimes the deli customers are moderately friendly and the lines are so long. Usually I have to wait a while before someone even approaches me. One gentleman in the deli section, Ray, greeted me with a smile and cracked friendly jokes as he made my sub. Something so simple changed my entire experience. I typically hate the process but this one was one of the most pleasant visits.

  This has got to be the least friendliest publixs I have ever encounter. I moved to Davenport in March, and every time I shop here I have encounter the most miserable workers who could give to sheets how they treat a customer. Not one person who works there is friendly or helpful. Not once has any bagged ever asked if they can help you. The cashier who is the worst is Dania. She has the nastiest attitude and the most unfriendly. There is a bug way up her butt. I think they should start selling personalities because most of them can definetly buy one, for they have none especially her. She is so rude!!! I don't know maybe she has a reason to act that way. But I can't see why. Just a rude old lady. Forget about pre ordering your deli selection on line, because they royally screw that up. Most of the time it is not even ready and you have to stand their and wait. Which defeats the whole purpose of pre ordering!! I will never shop here again and am blessed that there is another up the road. Shame on you all.

  Stopped in to pick up just a few groceries and came away with all but I item. Thought the fruit was just a little pricey but most everything else was good. The store was clean and associates answered a couple of our questions to our satisfaction. We'll be back.

  I received a western Union in a large amount. Asked the coustomer service lady's if there was some one whom could walk me to my car. The Manager/ awesome gentleman walked me safety to my car & made sure I was secure in my car before leaving. Thank you for the best coustomer service I have had in my life time so far

  Worst experience with the bakery manager and staff! I ordered a cake in advance with the guarantee that they could make it in the style I wanted. They made it incorrectly the first time and had to remake it 30 minutes after pickup, delaying the time I would make it to the party. The final product had red, yellow, and green roses on it and very plain. I called and politely spoke with the manager, who refused to help after 5 minutes of conversation because he thought the cake was beautiful the way it was and didn't need to be fixed. Today is my sister's 25th birthday but instead she is getting a cake intended for an elderly woman. I will never order or shop from this Publix for lack of customer service.
