They are helpful and not pushy. A good selection of vehicles. Do your research before you go to any dealership. Know what prices should be by comparables. Know the value of your vehicle. Places will try to low ball you on your cars value.

Our salesman Sam was kind, helpful and professional. My husband and I knew exactly which vehicle we were interested in, having done all our research ahead of time.
We called Sam with the vehicle ID# and it was ready for us to test drive upon our arrival.
We returned the next day to take the vehicle for an extended test drive this time. We loved the handling and comfort, an extended drive time helped us to decide to buy it.
The dealership gave us what we wanted for our trade in, and offered a great discount to my husband over Veteran's Day weekend. I believe the entire process was fair and we're extremely happy with our new addition!
Thank you to Kameron for treating us with respect and expediting the paperwork. He made a normally painful process, quick & easy.
Yes I would and will recommend this dealership to friends & family.

Jessica was absolutely fantastic. As a college student, I find it very difficult to get good service when I take my car in to a dealership. Could not be happier with how I was treated here. Definitely will continue to use this dealership for any service I need because of Jessica.

I have dealt with Lakeland Hyundai for several years. Experiences with the sales department have ranged from average to absolutely terrible but I always ended up getting the price I wanted on the vehicle I wanted. Dealing with the service department, though, has been much better. The service advisors are friendly and outgoing, and quite helpful. Would I buy from Lakeland Hyundai again depends on how good of a deal I could get. Service department? Yes, any time.

Purchased new 2018 Sonata. Ellis Walker was the salesman and his help and knowledge were of great to me. No high pressure or double talk. Answered all my qustions and made me feel at home. I have no problem recommending this dealer to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai or a Ford.

Great vehicle and great price. My salesperson, Hunter, was great through the whole experience but it took a while to get through the entire process. My financing didn't make it easy on the guys, but I got exactly the car I wanted at a good price in the end. Will definitely go back the next time we are shopping for a vehicle, but next time will plan to be there a little longer than I expected this time.

Where to begin My Sales consultant, Duane, was exceptional. His kindness and professionalism were way above the industry standard. I've purchased many cars over the years and this was the least stressful experience I've been through. He knew my budget, took the time to listen to my concerns, and got me into a brand new vehicle that was perfectly suited for my individual set of circumstances; instead of handling it like some dealers and talking me into something I don't need or can't afford. I believe this is what makes a Salesman (and the Dealership) successful. I will be sure to refer everyone to Duane and Lakeland Hyundai for their car buying needs from now on.

I brought a vehicle in for a small recall service that took just over and hour. They did a good job as far as I can tell. (They replaced a sensor) The next morning, I noticed that my company photo ID badge was missing. I always keep it clipped up above the visor. Been doing that for years. Now it's gone. You would expect that you could trust employees at a place like this with simple items that are inside your vehicle. It makes me wonder if the screen anyone who works there at all.

Great experience.no pressure. Was made to feel at home. I wasn't sold, I was assisted with a purchase. Love our new hybrid. Ask for billy, he was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

My wife and I bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Lakeland Hyundai. Our salesman, Ellis Walker, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We never felt pressured to buy. The dealership was very clean and felt welcoming. We would recommend Lakeland Hyundai to our friends and family.

My buying experience at Lakeland Hyundai was a pleasure! I feel that every one at the dealership was very helpful but our sales consultant, Ellis Walker, was "outstanding"! Mr. Walker went out of his way to make sure that I was very satisfied with my purchase and with my deal even after working with me for the last 7 months. The entire experience was very positive and I will be recommending the dealership and Mr. Walker to our friends and family when they are ready to make their next vehicle purchase.

This was by far my most awesome car buying experience yet! My Aunt and Uncle came with me looking at cars from the moment Ellis saw us and greeted us until we left with hugs later on the personal attention given to us the professionalism the laughs it was just an awesome day! I walked away buying (after just looking) a new car.. that I LOVE!!! I would recommend Lakeland Hyundai and more specifically Ellis Walker III for that personal caring experience!

Mr. Walker provided exceptional service! I told him what I wanted and my budget and he gave me options. He was quick to pull up multiple vehicles to show me different features and packages and never made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him with questions or asking him to show me too many vehicles even when I asked him the same questions or to explain something he had already explained. Mr. Walker kept looking for vehicles based on my requests and didn't give up even after I kept turning down vehicles. After a few days and looking at multiple vehicles Mr. Walker showed me a vehicle that I was finally content with, had everything I wanted and felt was a good price. Mr. Walker was patient and understanding and made me feel that what I wanted was just as important to him as it was to me. When I went to pick up my vehicle he took the time to show me how to sync my phone and use certain features. I absolutely love my new vehicle and appreciate Mr. Walker's time. patience , and the quality of service he provided.
