  I just have one complaint. Not that my opinion means much. but we like to cook with chili ground beef. (The thicker ground beef) I know they don’t do it unless it’s cold. However, I was there last night and they said they were out. Today, They made some when I asked. But the comment was given that we only do it when it’s cold and it is the same meat is the other one is just ground pick her up. He almost seemed like he was annoyed that I asked him.

  I always love visiting this publix My wife and i come every weekend everybody knows us by name very family oriented store great service always ask if we found everything we were looking for awesome place to shop

  This Store is awesome. From the managers on down. But, my favorite department is the staff in the Pharmacy. Some now me by face and speak when they see me in their area even if I am not there for medication pick up.

  Without a doubt, the best grocery store and pharmacy, that I have ever shopped. Very friendly personnel, in every department. No matter what day, or time of day, or what department, it seems like it is their goal to make me totally satisfied with my shopping experience. Thank you Publix, for so many years of excellent service.

  Met and exceeded any expectations I had.
  Better than any Big-Y, Stop and Shop, Shaw's, Price Chopper, or Wegmans I have ever been to. Customer service here by far was the best.

  Don't go when they are crowded around 6 p.m. cashier wasn't very concerned about getting my bags of food in my cart. I had to put them in myself and wasn't asked if they could help me out. This store needs to retrain the new hires. Not great service! 😦

  It's Publix. ..what's not to love?? Everyone has their favorite Publix, but I think the Highland City store is extra special. Every bakery employee knows that my step Dad with Alzheimers has a favorite donut. On the few occasions they were sold out, the employees have made his special donuts while I shop. They always ask how he's doing and how we're all holding up. They are number 1 in customer service for a reason.

  Great store go here all the time. Its got friendly staff got every food in the world! (nah FAM not every) But overall great! Love it!
