Absolutely amazing! Donna made my dry, dull hair look brand new. From the second I met her I felt comfortable and trusted her with my hair. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. Not to mention, she is a great person to have a conversation with. I recommend her to the max! I love my balayage!

I normally take my daughter to see Britney, who is always so awesome, but this time I went to see Lily for myself. The style she gave me isn't what I asked for and after my hair dried it was lifeless and no body, which was the opposite of what I asked for. I will not be going back for myself but will continue to take my daughter to see Britney.

Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. I was just simply visiting from out of town and needed a simple wash, cut and blow dry. Kelly was awesome! Loved talking with her. The atmosphere is great and the owner is super sweet. Plus the gift shop and the fact that you can chose a beer or coffee while you're getting your hair done is just a mega plus. Loved this place. Will forever keep it in my heart.

Okay so I've been going here for the past 4 years, and they always do a decent job cutting my hair. But with dye? They don't even give me the right color family of what I wanted. And it's not just one stylist either, I've had four of them dye my hair at different times. One I asked for a pastel pink, she didn't bleach my hair, which was brown, and threw some mauve and red over it and called it a day. I was so upset with it that I had to go out, buy hair bleach and fix it at my house bc of how badly it looked. Next, I asked for a vibrant, almost neon peach, and I even told her what colors to mix, did she give me vibrant, neon, or peach? Not even close. She gave me a copper that is the most common box dye color. Something I could've done at home for 6.99 instead of paying $150 flipping dollars for it. Another instance, I asked for sliver, my hair was already platinum so it was an easy tone job, and nope! She made it dark blue grey, and super dull. All in all, do your hair dye at home because no one that works here knows how to do it.

I normally do not write reviews on anything unless I have a tremendous experience or an awful one. Unfortunately, my experience was awful. I had made a hair appointment 3 months ahead of time for Chris at 11 am for a pageant I had that day. I got there at 10:40 am to be told that they had no record of my appointment and then saw where my appointment had been made, but someone had cancelled it it was NOT me. I understand mistakes happen, but there was no sense of urgency to help fix the problem. I was told to wait for Chris and by 11:30 he still had not showed up. I was then informed that he had an appointment at 12 so I felt very neglected and like I was bothering everyone when I was the one whose appointment had been deleted. There was such a lack of concern for me that I left. Front desk did not even offer to get someone else to start washing and drying my hair while I waited for Chris, nothing. So very disappointed because I had heard tremendous things about your salon. I will not be visiting again, and I will be telling others not to visit as well.

Lilly cut my hair. She was so sweet and helpful! My hair usually just cooperates and I don't do much styling/forget to cut it for 6 months or a year regularly, but I wanted a new cut. She answered my questions thoughtfully and made sure I knew all the options and what each entails. Great blowout and great recommendations for care. The price was amazing, especially for such quality.

The rest of the staff was also lovely, from phone booking onward, and I used the 15% discount in store (with hair appt) to buy some Christmas presents. Enthusiastically recommend.

I have been shopping at Willows Dream for years and have never written a review - I have to say the staff are always friendly, I always feel welcome without feeling pushed to purchase. The owner, Marcie is lovely. Many of my friends enjoy the salon services and rave about their experiences. If one of my best friends wasn't a hair dresser, I would be going to Marcie! I love the jewelry and fun items that they sell. Thanks Willows Dream!!!
