I only go here to get my oil changed, since it's next door to me basically. They always come at you with a million things that are wrong with your car, when alot of times nothing is wrong. I went Saturday and the usual happened. I wouldn't go to these guys for anything other than oil changes, and only of you have a basic understanding of your car, so you don't fall for them trying to scam you. I won't be returning. Also always watch out for " you're leaking oil and need spark plugs" every time

Took two vehicles in for a oil change they had them both ready quickly. Had a minor thing come up and they fix it! Will be coming back to do business again!

I went here for an oil change. The technician lead me to the pit under my vehicle to show me that I was leaking oil. Badly. Sure enough, there was oil dripping all under the rear of the engine. He recommended some serious work be done, such as replacing the rear engine seal for one thing. Strange how there is no oil on my driveway where I park my vehicle. Same spot. Every day. Very strange indeed. I opted to not have the work that he recommended done. Drove my vehicle home. Parked it in the same spot. Weeks later, there is still no oil on my driveway.

Took my car for an oil change. They found an oil leak and also told me my car needed new spark plugs and a tune up. I allowed them to do all the work only to have my car start acting weird shortly after. It started out as a mild engine stutter and initially I didn't think too much of it. It progressively got worse to the point that the engine light came on and I had trouble getting the car to start. Took my car to the dealership and was told that I needed new spark plugs because the ones in the car weren't the correct ones. I was also told that I STILL had an oil leak. I had to payAGAINfor spark plugs. Needless to say, I went back to SpeeDee and spoke with Willis, the service manager, who argued with me about the spark plug issue. I showed him my paperwork from the dealership and said we could give them a call and have them explain why the ones SpeeDee put in my car were incorrect, and of course he didn't want to do that. I was patronized and had my intelligence challenged and I can only assume it's because I'm a woman. Having done poor work initially, I was highly disappointed by the poor customer service that came after. I'm never going back there.

Id really do the research before going here. If minor oil change buy ur own oil if fully synthetic but highly not recommend fixing bit more complex problems. they were asking between 600-1000$ for a part plus labor, but on ebay found it with 130$ n from auto zone probably could have been no more than 180$. Do the reserch ask for old parts or u will get schemed by these clowns. Or maybe their mechanics are poorly educated ither way keep an eye out

The owners and crew have always gave great service. My automobile has been going there for at least 8 yrs. Had it for 18 yrs, that should tell you something.

I have serviced my car at this facility in the past and had excellent care. I was very disappointed in my recent visit and will not be back. I left my car at the facility to have a oil change, tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter replacement. They did suggest my "high mileage old car" receive high mileage oil. I agreed to this unaware that a tire rotation was 20 dollars and that a cabin air filter costs 50. Totaling my complete cost to 160.00 dollars. They charge a whole lot for simple services. I would suggest getting these services at another service place. They will take advantage female drivers who are unaware of what exactly the car might need.

I have never experienced better customer care and technical service than I have in the last year, servicing my vehicle at this location. William and his wife run a spectacular business.
My AC has been busted for a number of years and they offered me a price that I could afford as well as expedited delivery/installation for my upcoming trip. Jessie is my "go-to" for my car and William, the owner, even offered to drive me home while I waited! I was already planning on leaving them a five-star review and now I wish I could rate them twice.
Make a wise investment and service your car here. You will always feel comfortable, treated equal and leave without breaking the bank (though, some repairs are expensive and the technicians don't work for free!).response / report this review -

I won't ever be taking my car here again! I will make sure my parents don't come here also.
Brought my car to get an inspection on my "HONDA ACCORD 1999". Get called back out and I'm told I need a new tire, right reverse light and 3rd brake light. So then I tell them to do what needs to be done to pass inspection. Few minutes later I get called back outside to take a look at my car the person who was working on my car said the bulb they put in for the license plate light had burnt and they said it was probably an electric problem going on because maybe the stereo system I had in my car wasn't plugged right and there was electric tape on some wires (what else do you put over them). They said they charge 100 per hour depending how long it takes to find out what is causing this problem. I said "nah, that's fine I'll just take the tire and figure out what's wrong with it." So I pay my tire and the failed inspection. Pop open my fuse box to come accross a burnt fuse which was "10 A" fuse. Go to auto parts replace with a new fuse buy a new light bulbs and it all worked perfectly fine. I was not going to pay 100 dollars per hour to just be told it was a burnt fuse or to be told it was because my stereo was plugged the wrong way. What would've happened is they would've took there time precious time to tell me they got it fixed I spent 14$ all together at auto parts to figure out what it was myself. Ridiculous, If it was my stereo system in my car it wouldn't have been working either. It's common sense. I won't ever go here again. I recommend anyone else who gets inspection here aswell. Great place to get a oil change. Great people that checks your vehicle out and will tell you if a problem is found. They have a mechanic on duty to fix the problem if needed. Clean comfortable waiting room with magazines. All around nice place to get a Oil Change at a reasonable price. Did I mention they have nice coupons on their website to help out even more with the prices.
