The rooms are acceptable, absolutely nothing fancy, but clean for the most part. The walls are very thin and you can hear any noise someone makes, especially on the first level if there is someone above you. There was a lot of activity outside throughout the night, which didn't seem normal. The water that came out of the sink smelled of sewage, which was pretty disturbing. We needed a hotel last minute because of a family emergency, but would not return.

From the front desk to housekeeping staff are always equipped with smiles and rooms our newly renovated and location is conveniently located that's why I gave it 5 stars I will be returning to this hotel every time I'm in the area

DO NOT STAY HERE! The worst experience ever!!! When we made the reservation we were told it wouldn’t be a big deal to extend the stay if we had to end up staying another day. So the time came that we needed to stay another day in their wheelchair accessible room. When we went to office, Farrukh, said there was no way, because he now didn’t have the room available. The reservation that he was kicking us out for was a non-smoking room not a wheelchair accessible room and instead of putting this person in another room he basically kicked us out.
He stated that if his employee promised this he should not but he couldn’t do anything about it still. I argued that they should have to accommodate what was promised and he still declined. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The employees are horrible but room is OK for the price.
This is just extra frustrating because we need a wheelchair room and they are not always available and it makes changing hotels very difficult. Had the employees told us if we need to stay longer it could be a problem we would have just booked our stay longer in the beginning. However they misrepresented and will not hold themselves accountable at all.response / report this review -

Love it !! Great spacious rooms, clean , love the decorations makes it peaceful, welcoming my business trip was at ease with all the office services at the front desk.

Very clean room. The room we had was very classy looking, nice flooring, nice shutters etc. I like that it's wood flooring and wood shutters instead of fabric! Mini fridge, microwave, ice, laundry, pool. We will totally stay again! And the man in the front (management) was extremely friendly and helpful.

Pictures on their website are deceiving. Motel is more rundown then it looks. Something shady was going on in two of the hotel rooms. A lot of traffic in and out of those rooms. Parking not the best.
We only booked here to go to Disneyland and because we were on a budget. Will definitely book somewhere else next time.response / report this review -

Hotel is very pleasant in a very convenient location right off the freeway (55 Fwy), close to LOTS of shopping and Restaurants & Entertainment. Lots to do around here!

Hi I'm Jamie Rodriguez I booked a two night stay here cause me and my family were visiting Disneyland. The hotel was very hard to find, I passed it 3 times. The pictures on the hotel website are over a year old, I asked when we checked in because it is more run down than what the pictures show. We had a hard time parking during are stay. The parking lot was very full. I had to leave my car in the front of the hotel right behind the gas station. Then at night the people above us were moving things around. It sounded as if they were dragging a table across the room. I will not be booking here again nor will I refere any of my friends and family either. If I could give 0 stars. Next time I will spend the extra money and stay else where.
