Yes this hotel is close to the beach, resturants and shopping but thats all its good for and the fact that its dirt cheap! My mom and I had a reservation for 2 days. Upon arriving at the airport the hotel shuttle was an hour and a half late.. which I found out after 3 calls to the hotel upon waiting! Once we finally made it to the hotel the street it was on was very sketchy and run down. The front office staff as very polite. However once we got to our room it looked nothing like the pictures. It wreaked of a terrible musty smell. The room was filthy and poorly maintained; there were cracks on the walls, dirty bathroom, and linens were not freshly washed at all an bedskirt was dingy with stains. The microwave an mini fridge were very old and not clean. I was very disappointed but was going to make due. Upon leaving the hotel to walk around my mother recived an emergency call that forced us to immediately head back home to Kentucky. So we checked out never receiving paperwork for proof of reservation or checkout, due to using ID 90 a hotel booking site. I'm currently in the process of getting attempting a refund on at least one of my 2 days I have paid for. So far I have been given the run around and the owner is unreachable. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE STAYING HERE!

The bedroom was not clean, the bathroom vas very (in my point of view) dirty with feces marks in the toilet seat and finger prints on the trash lid, for example. Gave 3 stars because the room is very new, tv channels are ok, and breakfast is really good, missing more fruits and a nice place to seat though. No parking available is one negative point too.

6/18/17 I had 2 rooms. They have ROACHES). Both rooms (suites) had a moldy smell, DIRTY FLOORS, fridge had so much rust. In suite 301 the shower floor (mat that I cannot remove) was dirty & moldy the handicap chair fell off the wall within 10 mins of is being there. In the other room, within 5 mins of sitting there, the BIGGEST ROACH was crawling around. The manager came with a can of RAID & watched it run into to A.C vent. They said they will only refund me for 1 room cus we actually saw the ROACH & they couldn't kill it. WORST EVER I LEFT WITHIN A HALF HOUR AND BOOKED A ROOM AT THE LESLIE AND ANOTHER At GALE HOTEL.

The staff, especially Amaury, Cheyenne and Emmanuel were fantastic. Fabolous service, they allowed me to check in early even though they were not suppose to. Everything was sufficient and done in a timely manner.

Comfortable and affordable accommodations & good value for the price; especially on Collins Ave in Miami. Friendly staff at front desk. Stayed here with my family of 4 (2 Adults, 2 Kids). Would definitely visit again.

Friendly service but very few know English, rooms were clean but certain fans had a poor odour when on, our bathroom door handle had to be pulled up, the lock didn't work and the bedroom handle was broken. The guy behind the desk was really nice and helped out however he could

Construction on the rooms was evident. Locks were really loose but overall clean and breakfast was good. There's a waffle maker.

Booked on Price line and were treated that way. Wasn't bad until check out when I asked if they had coffee. After I made a very rude comment that could be heard did they try to accommodate us. Guess you get what you pay for.

On the first view you cant really tell whats hiding behind the front gate. Friendly staff showed us to our room. It was comfortable and modern. Impressingly big room for a good price. Decend location just 2 minutes of walk to ocean drive and beach. They have a quiet smoker area under palm trees. Breakfast included but nothing special. Totally recommended!
