We had a few drinks and appetizers. Drinks are drinks, but the appetizers were fantastic! Hummus and brussel sprouts might sound strange like a strange combination but it's wonderful. The bar snack mix should not be missed.

We had our wedding in December at The Hotel Jerome and it was so amazing. The venue was incredible, and the service and hospitality was better than anything we had ever seen before. Our family and guests were blown away by the amazing service they received too.
Nicole was our venue wedding coordinator and she did such a fantastic job. Nicole helped make us feel comfortable, relaxed and so special during each and every meeting. She had welcome gifts delivered to us when we arrived and also she treated us to breakfast in bed the morning after our wedding. Every detail of our reception was executed so well. We are glad we had the great support of Nicole and the rest of the Hotel Jerome staff.
Nicole was professional, organized and incredibly talented. We are lucky to have had her as our venue coordinator.
Valeska, one of the great concierges at the Jerome, helped us with local transportation and activities. She went out and bought a few things for me while I was getting ready and even had chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room on our first night. She did a great job and we loved having her support.
The entire staff at the Jerome was amazing. They did not miss a beat. We are so lucky to have had our special celebration at The Jerome. Everything was so perfect.response / report this review -

Food and drinks at the bar was good. Expect aspen prices. The vodka soda was very weak, the mule was better. We had the short rib tacos, they were very tasty. Not sure they were 18$ app tasty.

A really beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Aspen. There's so much beautiful stuff just in the lobby, and the restaurant and meeting spaces are first-class as well. The service is pretty good. We've enjoyed our visits to the hotel.

Hotel Jerome turned out to be a fancy and high class establishment. The service and the drinks were great, but the atmosphere is what made the place so special.

A recently renovated, beautiful, grand old hotel with updated and well appointed rooms. Excellent service. The J Bar is always a great place for a drink or apps although dropping the truffle fries from the menu was a mistake, please bring them back.

Conference room is nice. Good food. Staff respond well, open doors, kind. Excellent restrooms, though they are small. Attended for a conference, can't comment on rooms.

Hunter S. Thomson's old hangout. Nice place, with fairly expensive drinks. Cool part of history, but wouldn't spend a whole lot of time there.

Wonderful lunch @ Hotel Jerome bar. Hamburger was recommended and did not disappoint. Chicken salad and chicken noodle soup were also fabulous!

Beautiful remodeled Victorian Hotel, built in 1889. Right in down town Aspen, Colorado.
You can walk everywhere from the Hotel.
The "J"-Bar on the main floor has a bar menu
And classic Victorian decor. Breakfast room,
Very nice dinner dining area, underground parking, air conditioning in the rooms, first class bellman, valet parking and concierge services. Very nice staff and excellent management. Outside dining on the deck, very nice for lunch. Remodel expansion underway.. now.response / report this review -

You can definitely tell the difference between Rock Resorts (old) and the new Auberge Resort management. This place is back and better than ever. We love going in the fall for couples retreat. There are few other hotels on the planet with such an ambiance and setting like the Hotel Jerome. Service is first class, as is the pool & hot tub and the dining experience. We look forward to returning every year!
