Beautiful, romantic, clean, quiet hotel with amazing views nestled in between rolling hills and the mountains. Trails nearby for a good hike and nice run. Large sized rooms with open patio. Would return again.
Shame that the lodge is closing down. The facilities are great. Location is a bit further than optimal to ski. But the shuttle is sufficient to negate that.
Location is 14 min from I70. The rooms are nice and do the job for a ski retreat. Service has been fabulous, very impressed!
My experience at this hotel was incredible!! The hotel lobby is so cozy and nice! The staff is super nice and very accommodating. Our room had an unbelievable view of the mountains. The decor in the rooms is a little bit outdated, but still very clean and nice. The pool and hot tub are awesome as well. There is a shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail for free which is very convenient. I would absolutely come back to this hotel!
Her is where you go to relax. The salt water pool is refreshing. Unfortunately the sauna in the lady's room was not working when I was there, hopefully it will get fixed soon. Everything here is first class!
They really slack and don't care about speed whatsoever. No one smiles or cares at all, except for the cleaning ladies and men. We were there for a wedding event. They didn't bring the chairs until 1 and a half hours after they were supposed to. We had to catch a flight and asked them to be quick with our food, and they still wouldn't take our order or bring the food with any semblance of haste. The view is quite nice and the hotel itself is pretty good, but the staff just don't care at all and are way too relaxed. If you don't care about speed, it's decent. Otherwise, stay away.
