This place doesn't even deserve a 1! The room was disgusting! There were roaches everywhere, the sheets were stained, holes all over the walls, and more. I cancelled my stay and went somewhere else. I tried to get my money back but the lady up front refused to give it back, even after the rep from the website I used called her. I will NEVER go back! I hope they get shut down!!

The rudest lady I've met in a while. Her husband must be a miserable SOB. We left, cancelled our reservation and found another place to stay. Let this be the last place you stay when you are in Statesboro.

This was one of the nastiest places that i have ever been. I actually thought i could get a dessease from all the dust and the bacterias that place could have, and i'm not really pickie.i didn't even trusted the towels they had. Thank God had my own. It looked like nobody had stayed there for a long time and that they never cleaned after the last one who stayed. Completelly gross. Don't stay here!!

Oh Lordy, this place is rough. I have never ever in my entire life seen a run down ancient place like this. No repairs since 1965!!! No ice machine, stinks, filthy, falling apart, shower wouldn't turn offhandles just spun around. Do everything possible to afford another place. Sleeping in the car would be better.
