This was a very comfortable place to stay. The staff was very friendly, Janae was extremely knowledgeable of the city and excited to tell us about places to eat, and local events.

Did not honor there quoted price, charged me more, 70 dollars more. Had to have them spray for roaches. Had to bomb my stuff to make sure they didn't give me roaches. Full size bed when I requested a queen-size. Two people in a full-size bed made for a bad week. Was unable to use the laundry room always full. Upside​ was it was a nicer room then my coworkers that stayed up the street. They took pets with 100 dollar deposit. Close to work. Good tv alot of good channels.

Smells and first 5 min we had to killed a roach gross. The quote that we were offered for the room for 8 days was not honored with proof with an email from them of the rate was not honored the Beds Are full not queens or Kings but a full bed we asked for a queen and that are too high for short people. The toilets are way too low feel sorry for a tall person but great for kids and short person like me. All rooms have kitchenettes but you have to bring your own dishes pots and pans even your own coffee pot wish we knew that before we got this room. Maybe even bring your own roach spray to after driving from a different state. oh one more thing first floor make sure your windows are locked mine was not.

****************HALF STAR**************** Made me feel dirty Tried 2 different rooms, both had issues with bed sheets and tthe first had a dirty toilet seat/bowl and shower (looked like a booger and dirty water droplets dried on the inside of shower curtain) I left and got a full refund. Girls at front desk were very nice and helpful. Place is really old and not kept very clean. U can also smell the sewage treatment plant nearby when u step outside plus in a kind of shady neighborhood.
I understand a budget hotel means some things are going 2 b sacrificed, but cleanliness should never b one of them. Also floor 3 and 4 are smoking floors, second room they put me in, as soon as I walked in a strong musty smell hit me after that I could also smell cigar smoke then found the dirty stuff under the bed sheet, had 2 goresponse / report this review -

Had a reservation in an extended stay nearby. After not being able to check in at the other place due to office personell not being there during checking hours, and being told "I would look somewhere else if I was you" by maintenance personell. I drove back to Woodsprings that we had just passed by. They were very courteous, attentive and even matched the price we had been offered at the other place. Southern hospitality was extraordinary by the employee here. Rooms are clean, spacious and location of hotel is great. Would definetly stay here again.

Had seen the advertisement on a local billboard as we were looking for a temporary extended stay. Stopped by and met staff at front desk. They were polite and very accomodating. Other than a few issues we were extremely happy with all staffing and the fscility.

The staff are very nice. The building is very clean and well kept up. The rooms are clean and look very nice. When I ask for extra towels and sheets they are on top of it.

It serves the purpose of extended stay by offering convenience with a small apartment style setting. Full refrigerator, microwave and stove. If you want internet you have to pay for it and accessing laundry was difficult based on there system. I was never able to do laundry this reason. Staff was friendly however.
The walls are a bit thin, so it requires a lower noise level or you wake up other guests.
Overall however the convenience of the kitchen and privacy makes it worth the stay.response / report this review
