Awesome service. Nice rooms. Everything seems to be in good condition. TV had some problems with connecting and they don't keep towels n such in the office.

They have roaches and bed bugs !! I found one big bed bug when I got off work and gave it to the manager, he would not give me my money back and wanted me to leave the property! Please share!! They are very filthy.. I have pictures to prove it!!

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. I came into town on a Friday to visit my grandma and the hotel was not fit to stay in. There were roaches everywhere, the bathroom tub was sinking into the ground, and there's a gnarly bedbugs infestation going on. There are unsavory characters hanging outside, making all kinds of racket and doing drugs. I made my grievances known to the attendant at the desk, she told me that there was no way she could check me out, and that I could come back and speak with the manager in the morning. Of course he didn't cooperate and I had to call the bank to have my money returned to me. He charged my card again and again I had to get my money back again. I am currently trying to get my money back for a third time.

Bed bugs!! Not only were we moved four different times during the one week of our stay but the beds were infested with bedbugs. I tried to work with them privately on the concern and yet despite my swollen arms and marks from the reaction of the bites, the worst part was it was so easily disregarded. The manager refused to speak to me and I kept receiving excuses of why he couldn't. And all I was offered was a refund on my remaining balance when I only would consider half of the amount I paid due to me having to pay for medical attention. I explained how it was a health issue and that we were trying g to be respectful to them though this was a serious matter. It meant nothing. I've made arrangements to contact BBB and Health Resources. Not only do I have pictures of myself but also of the bed bugs themselves on the bed. I understand that things happen and steps are taken to resolve them. But this is a health concern and rooms should not be rented out , regardless of their conditions good or bad, while infested with bed bugs. I'm glad I didn't have any of my children in here with me. Take note I'm not higher class, I struggle just like the next person. We both work honest jobs for our money and came here for our jobs. This was UNACCEPTABLE.

When I went there in May, the road was under construction. When we were looking for the place, we missed it twice because the sign was either not lit or lit up enough. Though the road was not the fault of the hotel, we had to circle around three time in order to get into the driveway instead of making a simple left turn. Had the sign had better lighting, we wouldn't have missed it twice and spend five or ten minutes trying to actually get to the place.
We had no bugs at all, and our room was descent otherwise. Everything else was fine after we finally got to the place.response / report this review -

Disgusting motelroaches in bathroom and refrigerator, smelled of cigarettes, and holes in bedspread. Filthy! Never ever would i stay here again!!! Then when we complained we were told no refund and given option for another room which we gave benefit of the doubt and once again, nasty! Mattress appeared to have bedbugs and there were stains on sheetsdirt on floor.

The registey clerks are delightful but there are roaches in the rooms. There was one under my bedspread as well as near the sink ugggh! There isn't a 24hr maintenance man.Garbage cans were overfilled and wasnt emptied which could bring about unexpected guest .IT was a sleepless night 😖

Day 1-Our 2 queen reservation was not available. We were forced to take another room. Next is the condition of the room. The pic is of the ceiling. The bathroom sink is cracked. The mirror is off its brackets and sliding down the wall behind the sink. The vinyl floor was so dirty it blackened the bottoms of my feet in minutes. I can only imagine what is here that I can't see.
Day 2-Because the motel is full, the front desk is unconcerned with our main problem, which is:
Our non - smoking room is next to a SMOKING room. But, all the rooms share ventilation so no room is truly non- smoking! We have asthma. Our eyes are burning & heads pounding. One of us is a former smoker who is really having a hard time with the smell. And everything we brought now reeks of smoke!response / report this review -

It was not what it claimed it to be.! The place looks like something straight out of the projects!!! The sign for the place was nowhere to be found, they made me pay for the room at check-in, the ice and vending machines were outside and looked vandalized, the key to the room didn't work half of the time, the handle of the shower came off and the furniture looked like something that you would get at the salvation army! The only thing that was good was the beds were fairly comfortable and the restaurants that were around the place!!!! The reason I booked this place through trivago was for my son's graduation from the Marines. After talking to a lot of the other parents a lot of the hotels in the area are poorly up kept. I'm glad this was a 1 time deal!! I'll be doing a lot more research on the next hotel i stay with!!
