Stayed here last year as well and things have improved. The main thing here is the abundance of pull throughs and proximity to I95.

I saw the bad reviews and I know that people are quick to complain in online reviews and very slow to write a good review. But I really wish I had followed my gut and found another place to stay. They have a few nice sites but I couldn't believe they would stick me in a site where I was standing in ankle deep water while plugging in a 50 amp line. The site was a pull thru but it was to short for my toad and 32' RV to fit in.

I purchased my RV new from Lazydays in Tampa and received 14 free nights camping with Encore/Thousand Trails. That could be why I got a terrible underwater lot, but that still doesn't excuse it.

I would suggest you try the KOA on the other end of the same road. It may save your life.

No sites have a fire pit, and you are required to have a metal screen over any fires so you need to bring your own.

Small site, fair amount of trees, nice trail around the lake. Most sites have fresh gravel, and all sites level.

This is my second time here and what an improvement since the last time the bathrooms are all redone and very very clean, the laundry room is redone the front entrance is all redone new Landscaping it looks beautiful they put gravel in all the pothole areas and in all the sites are filled up with gravel it's a beautiful place now y'all come out and see this new place I plan on stopping here again.

We've spent Christmas here and we've loved it. Lively friendly community with lots of activities. It can get very muddy.

Plots have easy access and pull through, staff friendly and accommodating. Pool is small and in sun with no umbrellas. A place to park, get a quiet night sleep and tour the area.

Easy to get to off of I-95. Shares an entry road with a KOA. Follow the signs. Gas and restaurants close by. Staff is friendly and helpful. All sites are pull through for RV'S. Some tent sites available. Roads in the camp are dirt. Lots of trees. Reasonably close to Savanah, Charleston, and Beaufort.

Great! Was visiting a friend and doing some salt water fishing for 3 days. Very clean facilities. Reminded me more of a "nice neighborhood'" than a camp ground. Only con I could find was the fish cleaning station was left dirty by the person before me and that's no fault of the establishment. Cudos loved my stay.😁 Oh p.s. don't know how they do it but the gnat and Skeeter population is wayyyy less than alot of the other Low Country campgrounds I've frequented.

The staff was friendly, but that's where the good review ends. This place is an embarrassment to the Thousand Trails network. The entire campground is in disrepair, the pool was murky and green and disgusting and the entire place was filled with shoddy trailers in various states of disrepair. It was mostly annual/seasonal rentals and they were NOT keeping up on appearances. We will NOT be returning. Thousand Trails should just remove this park all together because it's garbage.

Actually little drier this year plus they at least black topped some of road going in. It's a quick layover, no frills, no Internet or cell reception but right off 95. Not much else around. Friendly front desk ladies. Reasonably priced. Some lots ate tougher to get in and because it's so wet back there, usually buggy

This park is on the smaller side of the Thousand Trails we've stayed at. It's normal for Thousand Trails parks to feel a little past their prime, but we enjoy them for the large spaces and ample walking. This one feels a little sad for some reason. It could just be the time of year, or the thick tree cover that made it feel dark and wet all the time. That said, everyone was perfectly friendly in the park.

It is fairly close to I-75 and probably fine for an overnight, but there really isn't anything nearby. We'd recommend coming with your fresh water tank full; the water here had a strange smell and we ended up chlorinating our system to get rid of it after we left.

The pool was closed for the season when we were there, and it was full of green water and leaves. We have zero issue staying in parks that accommodate long-term rentals, and we've been to many that have great systems in place for keeping the park orderly and dealing with additional storage for the tenants. This place did not. There were several spaces that had claimed large swaths of the area around them with clutter that wouldn't fit in the sheds they'd set up. There was also someone gutting an old trailer.

Cell coverage was okay on T-Mobile and Verizon. Not super fast, but enough that we were able to stream video.

Overall, this parks needs some work before we'd consider another stay.
