When I arrived at 1:00 a.m., the door to the office was locked. I called and was let in by Erin who was nice and polite as she checked me in.
I went to the 1st room that was assigned to me and when I opened the door, the room looked like a tornado hit it. It had already been inhabited and was not cleaned at all. The trash can was full, and both beds were messed up. I called the desk and got a new room. As I walked through the hallway, I could really see how dated the place looks. The hallways were trashy themselves (guests put their trash and linen in the hall?) and the paint plus lighting look dingy.
The 2nd room I posted on SnapChat to show how rundown it was. The pictures that are shown when booking vs. what you actually get are WORLDS apart. The only saving grace was that the television was modern enough for my brother to hook his game system to.

There staff is the best staff ever .the front desk clerk was so nice (erin). Even the security. Came out in the ran to show me where to park. Clean rooms and great beds

It was a pleasant experience everyday I would wake up to eat breakfast in there lobby. The rooms where decent with bedding and space and basic needs including a tv. There was also a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven,sink drawers an cabinets. The people were nice for most part as well

Dated but the room was clean even on the wall hangings and tv. Air filter was good. Employees were friendly and well presented. Pool was open and clean. It has a very homey type feel to the place. We selected this place because it was affordable and accepted pets.

****STAY AWAY**** My family learned the hard way. After reading multiple reviews, looking a photos, seemed to be a great deal on an amazing room. WRONG!! We always inspect our rooms for bugs, etc before bringing in any luggage. We arrived with our small child and was greeted by a sign on a door across from ours listing their "candy" prices, as well as the cloud of thick Mary Jane smoke. That was nothing compared to finding a crack pipe in our bathroom. We left IMMEDIATELY after driving 12 hours straight. AVOID this place at all costs, don't endanger your family after reading what are obviously fictitious reviews. PS. I'd give it 0 stars, but my review won't get posted.

Everything was all good until I saw a baby roach in the bathroom. Then a few minutes later, I saw a pregnant roach in the bathroom. But the room was clean, the appliances looked new. The pool was great. The staff was friendly. They just need to get rid of the roaches.

For an older place, it's not bad. There are definitely some things that need serious renovations, like the pool, but it's a very comfortable place. Conveniently located off I-295 in west Jacksonville, for the money it's decent.

Nice pleasantly surprising Jacksonville hotel. Friendly counter staff in a spacious lobby.
The room was large for the price. 2 queen beds with plenty of room to move around. A convenient efficiency area with a full size frig. Smaller bathroom but clean and up to date.
Outside was a large enclosed pool with lovely plants and greenery. Pool was clean and clear with kids and adults having a great time.
On site well lit parking close to our room.
This will be a go to stop when needed again for Jacksonville.response / report this review -

This place is awesome. The Manager Kris is so professionally cooland the house keepers are so precise and do a very great job because of Mrs Conseula. The property is so well kept and they doing better everydayeven their maintenance guys are fast sufficient especially Joe, Charles, Kevin and John. If there is anymore even they new young boy MJ I think. Family friendly and pet friendly.

Very nice and friendly staff, the rooms are like home. There is breakfast served every morning which is a plus. House keeping is very nice and friendly. I would stay here again in the future.. Loved my stay..
