One of the better casinos around! One star off because they didn't give me back the money I lost. (That was all my child support)

You have to love this place. It is beautiful clean and the staff is literally trained to please you. If you ever have a bad experience here just let a supervisor know and you will be well taken care of. Lovely people. Great location and free parking!

Best place for action when it comes to poker games. At peak times can be a long wait. Call in advance to reserve your spot and skip most of the waiting time. During World Series of Poker Circuit the poker room is packed all day long. Rake is kind of high compared to other casinos but the action at the tables makes up for it.

Soda machine had stale barely colored/flavored mountain dew. Overall I was thoroughly disappointed. Hadn't been there in awhile. Probably not coming back. Way too many continuous shuffle blackjack machines

Casino is nice. Went there mainly to play poker. There is NO oversize parking for RVs. Security mentioned to park in the Amtrak lot across street. You have to cross railroad tracks and squeeze through a locked gate to get to casino. After talking to security the second time. We were able to park inside the old employee parking lot. Which was huge. But drove back to Amtrak lot each day to get to casino.

They use advanced technology to draw people to their games and win big. All the casinos are big cheats. All their results are manipulated. Have the thought you'll make them pay and they'll let you win

Big casino, not very well maintained. We went when it was raining, the elevator was leaking water. Very dirty, doesn't look like they do any cleaning during the day at all. The buffet is very good!

World class casino! Huge, large selection of games, friendly dealers. The asian gaming area ist stunningly beautiful and very unique. Only thing they should work on is the cleanliness in the restrooms

Hands down best casino in Chicago. Exceptional customer service, wonderful ambiance and diverse gaming offered. Plus the restaurants are second to none.

Certainly the best casino in the area. Reasonable limits, usually pretty clean, and an extensive poker room. Only complaint is that they took all my money. (Hint: that's what they're supposed to do.)

An excellent casino if you come to play blackjack or Spanish 21. The prices for drinks are reasonable (cheaper than Chicago) and the minimums are fair even when it's busy (you can usually find some $10 tables). This place is a smoking establishment which is a bit annoying but the positives her far outweigh the negatives.

Best casino in the region. Very large space and high ceilings help keep the smoke away. Back bar near the poker room has great craft beer. Earn points here and use them for comps for Vegas!

I decided to become a member here a few months ago. They don't tell you that you need a pin when you get your membership card. You have to go back up to customer service to get a pin if you don't ask while getting your card. (Need a pin to check your points and such.) Other than that, it's a great place to spend some time. I had a lot of fun!
