Where to start i purchased my car from James Turner. I was told i can get the inspection were i lived at just to send him a copy. I got the run around for weeks n finally talk to a guy Kyle who said everything James said was not true. So i wasted a while month n a half listening to Mr. James n now my temp tags are ran out n my car didn't pass inspection when he said it would. Now it's jus sitting in my yard n i can't do anything with it. It's a shame n very in professional how they do things here. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this dealership at all, cause you will be screwing yourself.

James and salesman will tell lies. Since the 28th of August they told me what I needed and to do. I had everything. Then I was told on the 15th I had no statement so they wanted to wait again. Then on the 20th this time I had every paperwork they wanted, asked and needed. Was told to call next morning at 10am. Was even told the van they had for me was in service. The next day it took me till 2pm to get a hold of William just to get told I was denied due to credit issues (well of course Hopkins pulled my credit 15 times) and due to my baby dad wasn't at his job for 6months and due to he had to have interlock. They tried to say I went to a lot of dealerships in mean time but I only went to dream cars first before Hopkins then went to car max but they only pulled from one bank. All those bank pulls was from Hopkins. Hopkins are just people who just run you around in circles for a month just to tell you no. Thats bs! And to ruin your credit so low now I can't get a van for my kids and I.

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER.ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER.James Turner shame on you acting like you understand exactly why we needed a vehicle.Taking advantage of a young family like that.I didn't have a car for almost 4 weeks that am still paying on got it back this Friday did not drive it until this Monday and the car stop with me again with a small child.I had to wait 45mn for a tow truck to come didn't get home until a few minutes ago.All I want is a new vehicle and they are just giving me the run around.This is a nightmare.the list goes on and on

This place sells lemons and then avoids their responsibilities when it's time to correct their errors. Your car spends more time in the shop than it does with you and between payments and car repairs it is impossible to afford them. They take advantage of innocent people. They should be shut down!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! These people will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. The only way they're good reviews on here is because they get you to write the review the moment you are finished signing for the vehicle. The customer service is awful and un-professional, their vehicles are COMPLETE TRASH! It's a shame the owner knows he puts out cars like this and can walk around all day with a smile on his face knowing he rips people off! The only time you can get something handled is by making a huge scene. I should of listened to everyone else and went to Pohanka or at this point I would of went to Dream Cars! This place needs to be completely shut down!

This place sells lemons and then avoids their responsibilities when it's time to correct their errors. Your car spends more time in the shop than it does with you and between payments and car repairs it is impossible to afford them. They take advantage of innocent people. They should be shut down!

Melody, Kyle, Shaneeka aka Becky This became one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have had. Though we were young they treated us no differently. At 18 I purchased a vehicle from a dealer not worth mentioning but the atmosphere was not the same. We were treated as family from the very beginning. This process was made easier we conversed about family life, children, marriage etc. We chose a 2012 Dodge Journey and before leaving they took extra time to assure the car was in the best condition. From my wife and I we really appreciate you guys and will recommend you to anyone we come across. To Melody: I'll be waiting on my Birthday present next month
