  My wife and I stopped by this store last Saturday I compete in full Ironmans, international & sprint triathlons, and run between 20-40 miles a week and was looking for a store that could accomodate my needs. Run & Tri Rehoboth accomplished just that!!! I had my gait tested and purchased two pairs of Newton running shoes. The shoes are by far the most comfortable and fast I have worn. The store's service is also excellent! I do not know a local store that will provide hands-on gait testing and even let you try the shoes you are looking to purchase. The owner recommended the Newton brand shoes, and if you are a serious runner, you need to consider this brand.
  
  I will definitely stop by the store in the future.

  I’ve never been a runner but I recently signed up for my first ever race, a 5k. I tried to buy running shoes on my own, but I was completely overwhelmed. While visiting some friends in Rehoboth, I told them of my decision to run my first 5k and the trouble I was having in buying good running shoes; they convinced me to try a specialty running shop and recommended Run & Tri Rehoboth Beach. Julia, one of the owners, explained the process clearly and really put me at ease. She performed a video gait to determine what type of shoe would be best for me and brought out several different pairs for me to try. The shop provides a treadmill so I was able to jog in each pair to see how they felt – I thought this was fantastic! Julia really took her time with me, never making me feel as though I was just a customer, emailed me a copy of my gait analysis video with other shoe recommendations in case the pair I purchased didn’t end up working for me, and even gave me some tips as a new runner. It was great to be helped in buying my first pair of running shoes by someone who is a passionate and informative runner first, and a shopkeeper second. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a beginner like me, I definitely recommend you try out this shop.

  I'm new to taking my workout seriously and needed guidance on what workout shoes were best for reaching my goals. After talking to Julia, one of the incredibly knowledgeable owners, I've purchased a shoe that I love! She has kept in contact to make sure I'm satisfied with her recommendation! Awesome customer service!

  I was in Rehoboth for a wedding and happened upon the store while wandering back to my hotel after breakfast. What luck. While I have been a runner for years, I didn't know anything about natural running shoes and their benefits. Patrick (one of the owners) explained to me how traditional running shoes / natural running shoes differ and, after performing a gait analysis and asking a few targeted questions, recommended a couple of shoes. I ended up buying a pair and absolutely love them!
