I have a trailer here. I have been coming here since my daughter was a baby and she is 29 now. My mom used to love coming here and has since passed my brother loved it here as well.I just carried on the tradition. To rent property here is quite high so I don't know how much longer I can carry on the tradition. It is a peaceful place to be and just feet away from the indian river bay and within driving distance to the ocean and attractions.

This place could be great because of its location right near Salt Pond , however this is just a run down trailer park. Huge trash bins overflowing with garbage right when you come in. Super tight spaces , don't think about trying to turn around because there is no room to do so. This is an rv park and a mobil home Park. Dogs are welcome , but you can't walk them anywhere on the premises. . Put them in your car and Drive 10 minutes and then walk them. Like I said this place has potential, if they put money back into the park. We stayed for memorial day weekend and they didn't even have any events going on. No pool , no entertainment, NO CAMPFIRES, no toilets or showers , no walking your pets , and make sure you bring an an extra plug for your camper because the electric is at the front on the site and not at the back where you would plug in. This place is not for campers. It's great if you want a cheap place to stay near the beach. But not for camping. There is a nice park for the kids and paved roads to ride bikes on. They are close to a little area where you can get in the water .. but you have to drive there if you have dogs , or its a little bit of a walk .. no swiming beach area associated with the park at all. I will never stay here again. Not my cup of tea , especially when they don't put the money back into the area to make it better. It's a sad trailer park in a great location.

Campground with Marina, Fishing, anf Crabbing right on the Indian River Bay.
Ocean City is 10 miles south and Rehoboth Beach is 15 miles North. And there's plenty of open clean beaches in between.

Love this place, we were looking for someplace near the water and this place is perfect, the people are very friendly and welcoming, there is a playground for kids, marina to launch a boat and a nature preserve next door. Great place for fishing and crabbing also

Horrible! They say one thing and do another. You can't cancel. They will keep all your money even if u cancel way ahead of time. Was told I didn't need to reserve a site because before Memorial day, there was always availability. I gave them my card information anyway in case of a late arrival. Three days prior, I had a medical emergency so I called and canceled and they said it was no problem. A few days later I got a voicemail saying they were charging my credit card.w hen I called, they talked to me like trash over the phone and said a manager would call me to resolve the problem. No call. I am telling all my friends and those ready to retire to spread the word about this place!

I love this place! it's in a fantastic location right by the water. Perfect to come back to and watch the sunset after a day of exploring the Delaware beaches and resorts! The playground area next to the marina is great for kids, they even do hayrides and bonfires on certain weekends!
