Great experience buying my wife a car. Joshua Etheridge located the exact car my wife wanted, got it there and made sure I was happy with it. The whole process was professional and fast. Thanks Josh for making my wife happy!

We stopped by to look at a few cars. We were shopping for a nice used car for my daughter. The selection at the time we went by was not very good at all. Very low number of cars at the time. We would also have like to just browse without a salesman trying to follow us around the whole time. We told him we would let him know when we had any questions but he still stayed right with us the whole time. We had a difficult time just looking and talking among ourselves. We probably will not go back.

Daniel Manofsky, the sales associate I dealt with during my recent purchase at Hoover Toyota made the buying experience better than ever before!! I usually dread buying a new car, but Dan listened to my needs and worked hard to help determine the best car for me. I never felt pressured and truly believe he had my best interest in mind. Thank you Dan!!

This is the worst Toyota service experience I have ever had. I have had my car for over 8 years and the other day I had my car towed to Hoover Toyota on Thursday, they replaced one coil and the spark plugs. For everything they did, parts, labor and tow it was $748.00. That afternoon I went to get my car and went home only for my battery light to come on when I pulled on to my street.
I went back to the Toyota service department at 0630 where Anthony came to my car to write down what was wrong. I took the shuttle to work and got a call at 0945 saying that it was my alternator causing the problem and that would be 945.00 to replace. Which is a HUGE ripoff. My father called Anthony and then Anthony brought the price down to $500 or so. At that point we refused service because we knew they were not honest people. We have bought several Toyota’s from trusted LaGrange Toyota and asked them to take a look at the bill from the day before and the quote from Friday only to have them tell us we were being taken advantage of.
If that wasn’t enough that afternoon they sent the shuttle to come get me from work at 4pm. Right before the shuttle arrived to get me Anthony called me to let me know the steering on my car was gone and when I got there my car would be dead. When I got to Hoover Toyota that afternoon Anthony did not come out to give me my paper work or apologize. Instead they placed my car in a spot where a tow truck couldn’t even fit.
Luckily I had a tow truck on the way and he managed to get enough charge to my car so we could get it out of the spot to tow it to Express Oil where they fixed my alternator and battery for 500.00.

If you want to be taken advantage of then head to Hoover Toyota.

3 hrs for a 30k mile oil change and tire rotation. Everyone at Hoover Toyota is awesome, but the wait was too long for that service today. Also, they couldn't simply check my rear window defogger switch (not working) without another separate service appointment. Who's got that kind of time to spend on such basic service?

My purchase was extremely smooth. I found my sales consultant, Lee, to have a broad range of product knowledge combined with a genuine interest in assuring that I got the very best vehicle for my needs. He listened and made informed suggestions. The sales manager offered me a fair price for my trade as well as for my new vehicle. The finance manager was most efficient.

Without any hesitation, I can recommend Hoover Toyota for you Toyota purchase.

I purchased a new 4Runner from Tom Sagan, and the process and results could not have gone better. Tom not only made me a great deal, but he went out of his way to communicate at my convenience when I was negotiating from 9 time zones away. The team at Hoover Toyota also made my paperwork easier, and arranged for a convenient delivery of my car. Don't deal with the silliness you see at other dealerships. Go to Tom and you'll drive home happy (probably in the car you wanted).

Decided that I wanted the unicorn of cars, the elusive two door. I found a FR-S at Hoover Toyota, and thought I would check it out. Well, I ended up purchasing it thanks to Ray Snow. He is by far the best salesman I've dealt with in a long time! No pressure at all, and he patiently answered my multitude of questions. Ray was hands down the best! His manager (Steve?) was super nice, too! This was a the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Thanks guys!

Sales rep was Joshua. He was very informative about the vehicle I was interested in. I grilled him hard about negotiating the price. Josh and the manager came back with a price I was happy with. Also, got financing with Toyota. They gave me a great loan rate. I'm totally happy with the service and product Hoover Toyota provided.

Went to Hoover Toyota for scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) on my husbands Toyota Tundra. Service rep Ashley was very friendly and helpful. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the due to the amount of waiting time. The actual time it took to have the truck serviced was pretty reasonable ( right at an hour) BUT the time it took to get the paperwork in order to check out and pay took an additional 35 minutes. I feel that time could/should not have taken that long. Overall very clean establishment with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Our experience was amazing. Kevin Farrell was our salesman and he did a great job. We never felt pressured into buying or like we were not the main priority. It was a quick and seamless process. This is our second car that we have purchased from them and we will not go anywhere else to buy a car. We defiantly would recommend Hoover Toyota to anyone looking for a new car or truck.

My overall experience at the Toyota maintenance department in Hoover is always first class.
The people are always professional and polite.
One person in particular, Haley, at the service desk is exceptional! She went out of her way, to help me in a personal way that actually saved me some money. I give her 5 stars for sure. The only negative thing I can say is one man tried to sell me a new battery terminal for about $59 , when all I needed was a little baking soda and water that cleaned it right up.
He really should have done that for me on the house and he would have gotten 5stars too.
I was glad I was a man with some knowledge about that stuff at that time.
I hope this review helps both, Toyota and consumers. Thank you Haley!!!
