Great service center,great people,we live in Cullman AL and drive to Truss ville in Birmingham to service our Chevy Cruze, the Chevrolet Dealer in Cullman, the service department people act arrogant to me.

Courtesy Buick gave us one of our best-all-time new car experiences ever (in 40+ years). All who worked with us (Rome, the sale rep; finance-closing; and trade-in evaluator) were courteous, helpful, patient, and customer-oriented. Rome, in particular, went out of his way to accommodate us, answer a gillion questions, and ensure that the sale, trade-in-pricing, test drive, and new-vehicle orientation were done to perfection. He gets an A++ in our book! Many thanks for a great new car, trade-in, and orientation! We'll be back for more and recommend to others.

Working with Arron Anderson, we drove from Savannah, GA to purchase a Sierra SLT 4x4 only get a text when we got here to say it's sold. We had even spoken to him at 9am (opening time) knowing that we would be there soon. Just barely an hour later he calls to inform us that the truck had been sold. Then an attempt to sell us a different truck for thousands more with a discount they took out of my trade. I find it poor customer service to try and get us in the dealership for a deal that sounds good but then is a complete charade.

Friendly staff here and pretty good prices on new and used vehicles. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something new to drive.

The Saturday service crew refused to put freon in my A/C unit after I told them that it was blowing warm air. Instead, I was told to make an appointment because I probably have a leak in the A/C unit. I took my vehicle to another service provider who took the time to put freon in my vehicle, and informed me that the A/C is NOT leaking.

I've shopped at Courtesy for over 15yrs & couldn't be happier w/ my experiences there. I've bought/paid for 2 vehicles from the dealership & will definitely buy my next there. The reason why is because not only will you get the best quality vehicle,you'll get a fair price & excellent warranty,as well. I'll just leave it there. I don't want to sound like a paid advertiser. Just thought I'd leave a review after my address search.

My experience here today was amazing. They have a wonderful staff, they were quick and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. They staff was so friendly, I recommend to anyone considering using them for a service, or a dealer. I can't remember who serviced my car, but 10/10 he was the best!

Greg our Sales rep and Brian in finance were superb. Efficient and professional, both made the buying experience simple and enjoyable. We never felt pressured and the Courtesy team was hospitable across the board. I drove in from out of state and would recommend the same to my friends.

I always get GREAT service. Everyone is always friendly, the work is always done perfectly, and the turn around time on the work is amazingly fast. I've been coming to the service department here since I first bought my car back in December 2005 and I've never had ANY complaints.
